Bright and tastefully furnished, this apartment offers you all the comfort you need for a long stay in Paris.
This elegantly furnished apartment has an all-wood interior. Designed with an open living area with a huge ceiling-to-floor window, it is a peaceful retreat after a long day in the city. The beds (2 single beds) on the mezzanine level come with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.
The bedroom has a queen bed that comes with complimentary hotel-quality linens too.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and cutlery you’ll need to whip up a delicious home-cooked meal. Plus, there is a dining area that can comfortably seat up to 6 guests.
The 2 bathrooms have all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a shower, a bathtub, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.
The flat is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety.
Note: Melania, the historical cleaning agent of this flat will come once a week to the flat (usually on Tuesday) for 2 hours around 4 PM, in order to clean the apartment for you to enjoy the most of it!

Avenue Carnot, located between the 8th and 16th arrondissements of Paris, offers a unique experience for both tenants and tourists. Just steps away from Place Charles de Gaulle-Étoile and its famous Arc de Triomphe, this avenue is ideal for those who want to enjoy Parisian charm while being close to major attractions.
You’ll be near the Champs-Élysées, with its luxury boutiques, renowned restaurants, and vibrant atmosphere, as well as Avenues Foch and Victor Hugo, known for their elegant residences and chic cafes. The Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Élysées are just a few meters away, providing easy access to one of the world’s most prestigious and lively avenues. Walking down the Champs-Élysées, you will reach the Grand and Petit Palais museums, where art and history await you.
Numerous shops and restaurants surround Avenue Carnot, and the famous Rue Poncelet market is just a five-minute walk away. Only 100 meters from Avenue Foch, you’ll find a charming promenade leading to the Bois de Boulogne, perfect for jogging or simply relaxing in a green setting. Staying on Avenue Carnot allows you to experience Paris at its best, combining comfort, elegance, and accessibility to the city’s iconic sites.
My apartment is easily accessible by various public transportation, the easiest is by train!
The nearest metro station is Charles de Gaulle-Étoile (lines 1, 2, and 6), which is just opposite the flat.
Opposite the flat is also the entrance to RER lines A and B, which serve Roissy Charles de Gaulle Airport and Disneyland.
There are numerous bus stops around Place de L'Etoile and a shuttle bus to Espace Louis Vuitton at the corner of Avenue Friedland.
Paris-Charles De Gaulle Airport is 35 minutes drive from the flat.
Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.
Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
