The apartment is decorated to a high standard and is naturally well-lit and aesthetically designed to meet the needs and expectations of tourists, business travellers as well as families.
The property opens up to a spacious living room with a sitting area that has a comfortable couch bed and a TV. The low table can be transferred to a dining table for your use. And the kitchen is stocked with modern appliances including a cooktop stove, oven, and refrigerator. There are cooking plates, and cutlery available for light cooking.
There is one bedroom with a double bed which is made up of fresh, hotel-quality linen for your full comfort. And the contemporary bathroom contains all the essentials you’ll need to freshen up such as a shower and a hairdryer; Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.
Please note that there are ongoing renovations in the building.

The 12th arrondissement of Paris is home to some of the city's most popular attractions. The Jardin des Plantes, one of the largest botanical gardens in Europe, is located here, as well as the picturesque Parc de Bercy.
There are plenty of restaurants and bars in the area, including the UGC Ciné Cité Bercy movie theatre and the luxurious Le Train Bleu. So whatever your interests, you'll find something to enjoy nearby.
The property is within walking distance to two metro stations, Reuilly – Diderot (4 minutes walk) and Montgallet (8 minutes walk), this street is the perfect location for tourists who want to explore all that Paris has to offer.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary.
Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
