This studio is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a double sofa bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery to prepare delicious meals, including a fridge, a coffee maker, a microwave, and a dining table for three. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

You will have access to Wifi during your stay.

For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Residents of the 11th arrondissement benefit, first of all, from an exceptional cultural offer. By visiting the historic squares of Bastille, Nation and République, you can immerse yourself in the revolutionary history of the district. Indeed, the 11th arrondissement played a decisive role during the great workers' revolts of the 19th century. Don't miss also the so-called tomb of Louis XVII in the Sainte-Marguerite Church, which has kept a lot of mystery, as well as the Edith Piaf museum and, if you like urban culture, the MUR.

Formerly a working-class district, the XIth arrondissement is now one of the most "trendy" districts of the capital, especially on the Place de la Bastille side with many bars with different atmospheres. The district is also affluent in theatres and concert halls, such as the Bataclan, the Bastille Theatre and the Balajo. You can also enjoy yourself at the Cirque d'Hiver and the Bastille Opera.

Moreover, it is the most festive district of Paris, thanks to its many bars and restaurants, full of life and madness on the Bastille side, more chic towards Oberkampf. But you can also enjoy the peace of the hidden cities, including the Cité du Figuier and the Cité Durmar, or stroll along the Canal Saint-Martin.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Rue Saint-Maur, is just a 2-minute walk.

Paris Orly Airport is about a 45-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 might incur a € 20 surcharge. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
