Located on the 3rd and last floor of a small building (without elevator) the accommodation includes:
- three bedrooms with three double beds;
- two functional bathrooms;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a dining room (with table and chairs);
- and a very large lounge to relax after a day of walking.

The apartment is well appointed. It is located 6 minutes walk from the metro line 12 which serves the most beautiful districts of Paris and the banks of the Seine; 6 minutes to the new district "heart of town" with its large cinema, its many restaurants and its food shops. You will find a supermarket "Intermarché" and the market of the City of Issy (every Wednesday and Friday) 100 m from the building for your small everyday purchases.

## Emplacement
Issy-les-Moulineaux, a commune in the Hauts-de-Seine department, is located along the Seine, south-west of Paris and east of Boulogne-Billancourt, the most populated city in the department. Today, Issy-les-Moulineaux welcomes, near its old buildings, but large multimedia companies in glass constructions forming a real and modern business district.
