Recently updated and well decorated 3 bedroom 2 bath condo. This property is just a short walk from the pool, gym, bar, beach and restaurant. The unit sleeps 9. The master features a king size bed and it’s own bathroom and balcony. The second bedroom has a twin/ full bunk bed with pull out twin trundle. The third bedroom has a queen size bed and there is a queen sofa bed in the living room. All bedrooms have their own smart TVs and DVD players. The second bathroom has a bathtub in case you are in need of taking a bath. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower which is handicap accessible. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, stove top, microwave, utensils , service for 8, coffee maker, blender, toaster and much more. There is also a washer and dryer. The spacious living room has a sofa, love seat, smart tv, sound bar, dvd and wifi- internet. Relax from the beachside on the large patio featuring a teak table and chairs. You have one reserved covered parking spot with additional covered and curbside parking nearby.
***RESORT FEE: Please note that you will need to obtain a wristband and access code from the Pointe West Beach Club to take full advantage of the resort facilities (pools, hot tubs, gym, clubhouse game room, Basketball and Pickle ball courts, restaurant and bar). They charge $25 per guest 4 years old and older for the entire length of your stay. This fee will be paid directly to the club upon registration. *** (You will receive an email from the Pointe West POA to prepay the resort fee. The primary guest on your reservation will need to show an ID at the Beach Club Office to pick up the wristbands and parking passes.) *** Fees increased to $25/per person in 2023. The fee is not mandatory. If you do not plan to use the pools and other amenities during your stay, you do not have to purchase the wristbands.*** (We are not responsible for any issues with Beach Club amenities)
The following are some modifications we have made to our preparation process and recommendations to keep you and your family safe during the Covid-19 Pandemic.
1. This unit will be cleaned and disinfected using chlorine-based cleaners on the floor, counter tops, bathrooms, door handles, appliances, remote controls, wall switches, etc.
2. For added safety, after the initial cleaning the unit is then treated with a product called Sniper. Sniper is a non-toxic hospital grade disinfectant approved by the EPA(71700-2) and CDC to kill bacteria and viruses.
3. All linens and towels have been properly washed with detergent in hot water.
4. We have provided a hand sanitizer at the entrance for your use during the stay. However, we recommend that all parties wash their hand for at least 20 seconds upon entry to the unit. Please do not take the hand sanitizer with you so it is available to the next guest!
5. We have included laundry detergent, dishwashing soap, anti-bacterial hand soap, and cleaners for your use during your stay. Please do not remove these items from the unit.
There is a Pet Fee of $150 with prior approval (for well-mannered and trained dogs). We will allow one dog for a $150 pet fee and one additional dog for an additional $50 pet fee. We prefer that they be in a crate if you are not present with them and they are not allowed on the furniture or beds.
TRAVEL INSURANCE IS ENCOURAGED as our cancelation policy is strictly enforced. In the event that the island is closed, mandatory evacuation is required, or short term rentals are canceled on the island, we will refund your money.
* Please note that this condo is handicap friendly with wide doorways and a walk in shower however the elevators can, although rarely, go out of service and this is beyond our control. No refunds will be provided if the elevator is out of service.
* We do not offer check in or out on major holidays. Your booking will be cancelled or charged for that day if it is booked instantly within the system.
