Guest Access:
This unit shares the outdoor shower with the other duplex unit. There is a secured access alley between the two units that makes it possible to rent both for parties of up to nine guests. Inquire with us if you are interested in booking both units!
The Neighborhood:
Located in the heart of Mission Beach just 8 blocks from the famous Belmont Park and roller coaster! Walking distance to a variety of restaurants and entertainment leaves you with endless things to do and places to explore! The best part is that it is situated just a few steps from both the beach and the bay! To one side you can enjoy the quiet serenity of the bay - try paddle boarding or simply lay out in the sand with a good book. To the other side, you can grab a surfboard and head to the ocean for some good San Diego surfing! Both sides offer miles of boardwalk - perfect for walking, running, or biking!! Whichever you choose, come home to an outdoor shower and sit out on your patio to watch the sunset like a true local!

Other Things to Note:
Occupants exceeding FIVE will NOT BE PERMITTED TO STAY PAST 10PM. (Children & infants are occupants)
No more than 3 guests above the stated number of occupants in your reservation are allowed on premises at anytime.
For your safety there are outdoor cameras on the front door driveway, back door, and inside the garage laundry area entrances of the property.
No pets allowed here, sorry!
San Diego now requires all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. We do enforce their policy so it must be signed in order to receive checkin info, but we will make it super easy for you to initial and sign :) It can all be done online.
