Nice property with lots of amenities

I almost felt guilty for picking 3 bedrooms for 2 people but it was worth it! Plenty of patio space, great kitchen and beach area was great.

Fantastic condo!

Myself and two friends stayed in this beautiful three bedroom condo the week of October 19-26. It has a large balcony with a wide-range view toward the East. Most of our time at the condo was spent enjoying this view. In addition to the view of the Gulf, there’s a view of the bay behind. Truly a special condo that we have agreed to return to many times! In addition to the view the condo has much to offer. All three beds were very comfortable and the showers had good water pressure. Very important to me. The kitchen is very well stocked if one wants to cook a full meal. We drank coffee every morning but chose to eat out for our meals. Most mornings we went to The Donut Hole for breakfast and different places for dinner. The restaurant on the ground floor was very good the one dinner we ate there. Many good restaurants within a short drive. The condo is in a great location for anything you desire, shopping and dining. Overall I recommend this condo to anyone who would like a comfortable home away from home while vacationing in the area. We can’t wait til our next trip!!

Very nice condo. Loved the king beds and king/ bunk bed. Worked well for our family. Only problem we had were all the steps to beach.

Great Condo with a terrific view.

Condo was as described. It had a wonderful view, we utilized the balcony so much. We were traveling with two elderly people and the condo was easy for them to navigate.

Amazing Condo For Family Trip

Staying here was an absolute pleasure for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids. The appliances, the decor, the bedrooms were well appointed and there was ample storage for all our belongings. The pictures of this beautiful condo are entirely accurate. The Balcony provided a panoramic view of the beach and the bay. It was shaded in the afternoon and a wonderful place to sit and watch the day go by. Equally important, the air conditioning worked wonderfully as the temperatures outside were 90°+ every day. The kitchen had very nice appliances and was well stocked with plenty of room to sit and enjoy a meal. A bonus was having full-sized front-loading washer and dryer. The location is equally fantastic and that it is 100 foot walk to the beach. Chair service was an added benefit. Get out early if you want to stake a front row spot! Ginger is an incredible host who was easy to reach and quick to respond. I can't think of a better spot to rent if you're considering a visit to Miramar Beach or Destin.

We rented this condo for a short family vacation. It was absolutely perfect. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated/updated and the view was amazing. We would definitely stay again and recommend to friends!

Great for Adults and Kids

Great beach location near food and shopping for our group that included 3 x 9-year-old boys. The condo provided all the comforts we required plus those little extras such as a drink cooler and wave boards for the beach. We took advantage of the beach setup where the beach crew members were pros. Early beach goers get the front row chairs and umbrella while later couples can sit 3 rows back. This was a holiday weekend so the beach was probably busier than normal. Adults utilized the gym. Kids loved the pool and hot tub. Adults enjoyed the just-off-the-beach bar. The bartenders had a kind of good cop/bad cop vibe going. The drinks were strong but we didn’t mind much. It was vacation after all. The condo restaurant food is great! Our only feedback is a request for more towels though in-condo laundry allowed us to wash those towels as often as we needed. Ginger is fantastic and responds quickly (we never told her about the towels so she didn’t get a chance to address it). We definitely enjoyed our time and would go back to this unit!!

CANT BEAT THIS VIEW!

This condo, the view, and the property owner were nothing short of amazing!! The condo is absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed even down to spices and cookware for when we wanted to stay in. The view from this condo is BEAUTIFUL! I can’t stress that enough. Ginger was AWESOME! She was so quick to answer any questions we had and left great details for the condo and how to get around the property. The absolute only thing I wasn’t a fan of, is how rude the staff is onsite. Let me be very clear that this has NOTHING to do with the owner! Like I previously stated, she is wonderful…this is just the workers on site. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this condo and it’s location to such a beautiful, classy and peaceful side of Destin! I highly recommend Mezcal Mexican, Buffalo Jacks, and the restaurant inside the complex, Royal Palms! One last thing, when on the beach Kurtis is wonderful! He kept in touch with us all week and always made sure we were taken care of! Just go book this condo already! You won’t regret it!

Best Vacation Rental around Destin

The penthouse was amazing. Fantastic views and beautiful interior. Beds were very comfortable. Loved sitting on the balcony every morning with ocean views. Easy access to the beach! This will be my go to place!
