Newly renovated (flooring, furniture, mattresses, linens, decor, stove/vent hood, TVs). This is our second in the complex. We Love it up there!

Conveniently located above downtown Gatlinburg in the Summit of Gatlinburg condo community. “Smoky Mountain Memories” is a 3 bed, 2 bath corner unit that boasts 2 separate balconies for amazing mountain views. Both the sunrise and sunset can be seen from our condo balconies. New renovations/updates include flooring, paint, furniture, mattresses, linens, decor, stove/vent hood, TVs. This TOP floor (3rd) unit has 3 bedrooms, the master has a queen size bed, the second bedroom with twin beds, and the loft has a queen also. If you have mobility issues please note there is NO elevator. The private spectrum WiFi is excellent.

There is a functional wood burning fireplace and wood is typically available seasonally for purchase at the clubhouse. Ashes are disposed of in the buckets near the rental office labeled for ashes.

The Summit amenities include seasonal outdoor pool. New indoor pool and hot tubs now open!! Playground, a game room and a coin operated laundry. All of these are a short walk from the condo. The condo has a well equipped kitchen with what is needed for preparing meals. The dining table seats 6.

Roads to the Summit are paved and well maintained. You have a direct path down to Gatlinburg or you can avoid Gatlinburg using the bypass and go to Pigeon Forge. (Note: the roads are good, but getting to the top of the mountain is curvy.)

Great Views

Great views. Stairs to 3rd floor weren’t too bad. Quiet property. Angela was super responsive to questions before the stay. Plenty of cookware etc to be able to cook meals. Mountain roads are pretty wide all things considered except the “connect” if you’re headed directly down into Gatlinburg. Nice to be away from the hustle and bustle. One hot tub was down but management was working to expedite a part and the other was operational. Would stay again.

Breath taking views

The condo has an amazing view of the area! We had a great family time during our New Year’s trip. The condo perfectly accommodated our family of four. Angela, the owner, was very nice and quick to respond during our booking process. We definitely recommend the property. We will be back for sure!

Cozy condo

Cozy & comfortable for a perfect weekend away. Amazing views. Loft bed was a hit with our teenager. Every thing you need is right there, other than washer & dryer which is only a few feet outside. Make sure you bring change if you want to use it! Pool & hot tub was a hit with all three of my kids (16, 9 & 2). Definitely recommend.

This was on top of the mountain!! The drive up was steep at times, but well worth the view. The condo was quaint, clean, and met all our needs. Would definitely stay here again!!

Wonderful, sweet little place.

The condo was lovely and perfect for two families, one having a 3 year old. The kitchen could use more oven cookware. Way too many stovetop pans for such a (hate movle app, canot see what O am typing)small cook space.

The property is amazing and beautifully located in the mountains. Very close to Ober mountains and downtown. If they have elevators that would been nice since we got it in 3rd floor. Otherwise everything is great.

Lovely Stay

The condo was clean and cozy for our stay. You can tell the hosts have put a lot of thought into the unit. The views are spectacular, and we appreciated the centralized location which made it easy to get to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, or the National Park. We would 10/10 recommend this property. P.S. We had the most luck seeing the bear with her cubs from the back balcony in the hour before dusk.

Wonderful condo

Everything you need for a relaxing stay close to Gatlinburg and The Smokey Mountains. Great views, kitchen stocked with necessary items for cooking, comfortable beds, clean, and the community hot tub and pool a plus. Would definitely recommend.

Friends Hiking Weekend

My 3 girlfriends and I took a first time trip to the Smoky Mountains. The condo was a perfect fit for us. It had wonderful views off both balconies especially at night where you could see downtown Pigeon Forge. We hiked up to LeConte Lodge, rainbow falls and explored the Gaitlinburg area. We all would come back again.

Loved this property!

This property exceeded our expectations! It was beautifully decorated and clean, with much thought given to the comfort of the guests. Angela was very pleasant to deal with, answering questions promptly. As listed, there are two balconies, facing in different directions, giving you double the bear-spotting opportunities, and we saw over 20 bears during our brief two-night stay! We also were able to see the Dollywood fireworks and drone show from our third floor balcony. Our 10- and 12-year old granddaughters were thrilled! I highly recommend this property.

First time for everything 😉

This was our very first VRBO rental so we had very little expectations. We totally enjoyed the convenience of everyone having their own rooms which were nice and cozy. The pool and hotubs were great ( we went early morning before they were crowded)

Amazing view.

Definitely an amazing view. It is a bit scary to get up to the place as it’s on the top of mountain. We saw bears. The thing that scared us the most though was the rattle snake we saw it was huge. Then one night coming in to the place there was a baby rattle snake at the steps we almost stepped on it. Also bear was walking in the parking lot which scared my 17 year old she wouldn’t walk to the pool. Over all great stay.

Smoky Mountain Getaway

Everything was as advertised. Clean, spacious and most of all.....great views!! We saw bears every morning and evening. Owner easy to deal with and quickly responded to any questions. Highly recommend this for anyone wanting to visit Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge and areas surrounding. If ever we choose to visit Gatlinburg in the future I will definitely be staying here again!!

This is our second condo, both are in the Summit of Gatlinburg complex. We plan on spending a lot of time here enjoying the Smoky Mountains and making family memories.
