Great place to stay

This was our second visit to this property. House has all the amenities you need, and really appreciated the fantastic set of kitchen knives which were actually sharp, which is a first for us having stayed in several other VRBOs. House is great, proximity to the pool and beach were also a hit.

This spotless well appointed beachfront house with pool and great views of the Ocean was an excellent find. Maggie was very helpful and would respond immediately when we had questions. Beach chairs, body boards and a clean bbq grill with an extra tank of propane are ready to be enjoyed. Plenty of chairs on the deck to take in the view. This unit was like going to a friends house. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this house to everyone

Wonderful Week in beautiful North Topsail

My family and I had a wonderful week. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was perfectly equipped, the place was beautifully decorated without too being too much and the owners were a delight and extremely responsive. The location is fantastic being right on the beach and the hot tub was nice to have with it being a little cooler. All in all, a wonderful experience, we would stay here again!

Great location, house is very comfortable and well stocked. Except that a new blender is needed. Plastic from the cover of the blender got into my smoothie which was unsafe. There was bug in the master bath on the 3rd floor and the deck. Overall we are very satisfied and would highly recommend this place.

The property fit our group perfectly. It was modern, very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking essentials needed. Wonderful Rental On The Beach!

Absolutely pristine rental on the beach with the easiest pool access in the community. We loved our stay and appreciated everything about the house. From the thoughtful kid touches (even outlet protectors!) to the great selection of beach gear- Maggie and Kenneth’s place is tops. If we ever come back to Topsail, we will 100% stay again. Loved this Place!

This property was really perfect for our gang! We found the house very clean and so beautifully decorated! The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen was very well stocked. We cooked most of our meals in and found everything we needed. The pool was directly in from of condo so very easy access to both pool and beach. We were initially a little hesitant because we have only stayed in houses but this gave you plenty of privacy and also an opportunity to meet your neighbors if you desire.

Our stay summer 2023

Outstanding, great location for us being right by the pool. Unit was in great condition, well decorated, gave a warm feeling. Considering the many homes and condos we have rented over the past 50 plus years, this was the one that was best equipped/supplied. More then enough plates, mugs, table wear, pots, pans, cutting boards, sharp knives, coffee makers, etc. Very easy check in and checkout procedures.

This was a great home. Was disappointed that that the pool wasn’t open, covid related, but we picked this place because of the pool. The website did not say it was closed. We had a couple of problems while there, but the owner and manager were great about resolving! Great property and well equipped!! Would stay again!

North Topsail 1st Timers

Our family of 10 ( 5 adults and 5 kiddos from ages 1-10 ) very much enjoyed our stay at this home. It was a perfect location to the beach and shared pool. The house offered many amenities and was very clean. The owner brought us ice when we needed it bc the ice maker wasn't working properly. We cooked nearly all our meals in the home and had everything we needed including kids items in the kitchen. The beach is great. Close to the pier and busy but not crowded. The house had lots to offer as far as chairs and sand toys go as well. We could go on and on. It was just very nice and perfect for what our family needed. Definitely recommend!!

Great way to bring in the New Year!

My family and our close friends stayed here for New Years. The home had everything we needed to make this a relaxing stay for the adults AND the kids. The kitchen was fully stocked and made it easy for us to stay in and cook. The home was beautifully decorated and the flat screen TV's and stainless steel appliances made it feel like an upscale vacation. The views from all rooms was amazing! To wake up in the master bedroom and just turn over to see that view was breathtaking! The adults enjoyed the full moon view over the ocean from hot tub in the evening. There were other families staying in other units but I always felt like I had my privacy. Can't wait to come back to this home in the warner months!

Incredible Place!

We had an awesome week in the house with all of our family. We celebrated my parents 50th Wedding Anniversary and traveled in from Iowa and New Hampshire to meet in NC. This was the first time to N. Topsail, and we loved the area and the house. Bob did a great job checking us in and attending to a couple small requests while we were there. It was amazing to be able to literally walk down to the beach 50 yards from the back door of the house. Everyone had great accommodations and said that they loved staying here and want to come back again. The property was well maintained and had everything we needed for the stay. The pool and hot tub were an excellent addition too. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and celebrate this great occasion. Thanks again for everything. We truly had an amazing time.

As Professional Remodeling contractors, we continue to upgrade the home every year for our guests comfort. We did a complete remodel including brand new kitchen cabinets , granite counters, wide planked distressed hardwood floors . Everything is fresh and clean!
We personally oversee the management and rental of our home for seamless communication and an excellent vacation experience.

We fell in love with Topsail Island and the Wilmington area in 2009 and we knew it was where we wanted to Retire someday! The views from this home and the pool/hot tub made us choose Villas By the Sea!

We love being directly on the OCEAN and the great views from every balcony. It is great to watch the kids in the pool while sitting on the balcony or in the hot tub. Evenings in the Hot Tub with the ocean sound and good friends make forever memories.
