A modern apartment in a classical building that's a five-minute walk to Canal St Martin. The condo sits near a busy boulevard, and popular motorists are looking for a detour; therefore not ideal for those sensitive to loud noises. However, the unit is fully furnished with all the modern conveniences to make you feel at home away from home.
It is 67m2 in size and has an inviting living area for relaxing and unwinding over the sofas while catching up on all your favourite shows. Plenty of windows are dotted throughout the apartment to let natural sunlight brighten the place. The dining area can accommodate up to six with a medium size table, and the open kitchen comes with all the equipment you'll need to make home-cooked meals.
Two bedrooms are fitted with a queen-size bed, built-in wardrobes and lined in freshly laundered linens for a good night's rest. Additionally, there's a dedicated office space with a work desk, chair and a daybed, an academic set-up for those who work remotely.
The bathroom has everything you'll need to freshen up and comes with a washing machine for added convenience. Clean towels and toiletries are provided at no extra cost.

Charming footbridges and tree-shaded quays line the up-and-coming Canal Saint-Martin district, a former industrial stretch now known for its bohemian bars, cafes, and restaurants. Narrow streets with vintage fashion boutiques and trendy shops lead to Marché Saint-Martin, a gourmet food market. In the district's northern corners, the Louis Blanc area's Indian eateries give way to the Gare de l'Est train station.
- The metro (line 5) is within a 1-2 minute walk at Jacques Bonsergent.
- Gare de l'Est and Gare du Nord are within 20-minutes walking distance.
- Charles De Gaulle Airport is 1 hour by car, depending on route and traffic conditions, or 50 minutes by train direct from Gare Du Nord
Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
