The master bedroom is generously proportioned, offering a walk-in closet, an en-suite bathroom with HIS and HER sinks on opposite sides, an expansive walk-in shower equipped with dual shower heads, and a luxurious jacuzzi.

The pool deck and backyard are cocooned in a high fence for your utmost privacy. For outdoor dining, we provide a propane BBQ grill, as well as a table and chairs in our expansive covered lanai. The pool deck offers a range of lounges and chairs for your relaxation.

To access the beach, you'll find the Lake Worth Casino and Beach Center within a 3-mile radius, offering pristine white sand beaches, oceanfront parks with restrooms and picnic amenities, beach chair and cabana rentals, as well as beachside dining options.

We also offer an iron and ironing board, thoughtfully placed in one of the bedroom closets for your convenience.

•OUTDOOR - POOL & HOT TUB
- Unwind in the peaceful, fenced backyard and spacious pool deck, equipped with comfortable lounges, next to the pool featuring a sun shelf and hot tub. Our pool utilizes state-of-the-art saltwater technology, courtesy of a salt-chlorine generator, ensuring fewer harsh chemicals in the pool and a gentler experience for your skin.

- Should you desire, you have the option to prepay a fee for pool heating. This includes all-day heating of the pool to a cozy 85°F, along with the hot tub operational from 3 pm to 10 pm, with the temperature set to your preference, up to 104°F. The fee for this delightful amenity is $55 per day, payable in advance for the duration of your stay. If you choose not to opt for heating, the pool and spa will remain at its natural temperature and the jets will not be operational.

- For outdoor culinary adventures, we offer a covered Lanai complete with a propane grill and propane, allowing you to sizzle your favorite dishes in the open air. Additionally, there are tables and chairs for al fresco dining, and we provide beach chairs for our guests to take along on their beach excursions.

- Guest Limit & Visitor Policy
Only registered guests are allowed on the property, whether they’re staying overnight or just visiting. The total number of people on the property—at any time—must not exceed 14.

Your reservation includes up to 10 people. If your group exceeds 10 (up to the 14-person maximum), there’s an additional charge of $30 per person, per night—this applies to both overnight guests and visitors.

All guests and visitors must be included in the “number of guests” section of your booking. A maximum of 4 vehicles is allowed on the property.

- Please adhere to your designated check-in and check-out times.

- Illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the premises. Smoking is not allowed inside the home, but you are welcome to smoke outside, provided cigarette butts are disposed of responsibly. Pre-approval is required if you plan to bring pets.

- We ask that guests respect our neighbors, especially during quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

We appreciate your understanding and compliance with our house rules, which are in place to maintain a harmonious environment for all.

In the event that HOUSE RULE(S) are breached, regrettably, we will consider it a cancellation of your booking. This will result in the termination of your stay, with all guests being required to leave the property. Please note that we will not be obligated to provide any refunds for any fees already paid. Furthermore, if the maximum occupancy is exceeded, you will incur additional charges for each guest beyond the number originally specified in your reservation. Your understanding and compliance with these terms are greatly appreciated.

NO-SHOW POLICY:

Guests are required to confirm with the host once they have checked in. If guests do not arrive within 36 hours of the confirmed check-in time and fail to notify us during this period about any delays or changes to their arrival plans, the reservation will be considered forfeited. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

We strongly encourage guests to communicate any changes to their arrival time promptly to avoid forfeiting their reservation.
