Welcome to The Desert Falls Pool Villa! My 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath upper level Villa is in a Beautiful Landscaped Guard Gated Country Club. 5 min. From
Acrisure Arena. Only a 3 minute walk next door to Shuttle for Coachella/Stagecoach.
. We have over 30 pools, lighted Tennis courts, Gym, Bocce Ball, Pickle ball and world class Championship Golf Course which is semi private so you can play!
As you enter into the light and bright vaulted ceiling main room with cozy fireplace and view of the pool you will know you have hit vacationland!
Enjoy the remodeled Kitchen with Quartz countertops and giant Island which is perfect for entertaining.
The villa features 2 main bedrooms with attached bath and walk in closets but the 3rd bedroom is just as fabulous with vaulted ceiling and built in dresser.
I have a private laundry room with washer and dryer and a 2 car garage with parking in the driveway as well for 4 cars. -**please note** in June only 1 car will be able to park in the garage because I will have my car stored there. We have a large front patio for dining or a large back patio that over looks the pool with BBQ, high -top table, chairs, loungers and day bed.
You can't beat the area, we have 10 great restaurants that are only a 2 minute drive away and 10 minutes to the Casino. 2 minute drive to the 10 freeway and 18 minutes to Downtown Palm springs where fine dining, bars and great shopping awaits! Great house and host!

This property was perfect for my family. Clean and stocked with a pool and pickleball available. Just a short drive to great hiking and restaurants. Looking forward to staying here again!

Great Getaway

Two couples drove to meet and attend Stars on Ice in nearby Acrisure Arena. Sharise’s place is spacious, welcoming, and a true oasis. Privacy, safety, and abundant supplies!

Peaceful,quiet neighborhood

My adult daughter and I stayed for five days. The condo could easily accommodate six people, we had more than enough room. Everything was great! The pool is directly in front and is very private, most of the five days we had the whole pool to ourselves. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had. The condo is in very close proximity to restaurants and grocery stores. We loved our stay and would definitely rent here again!

Great condo in a great loction convenient to everything. It is the most well equipped rental we have ever seen. From the kitchen utensils to the bathroom amenities, the host provided everything you need. The owner,Sharise, was wonderful and resposive to questions and text messages.all in all, a wonderful rental experience.

Great location and amenities

We stayed for 4 nights while attending the Paribas tennis tournament. The unit is charming, well stocked with thoughtful additions to help make your stay more comfortable. The location is great, centrally located with easy access to multiple shops, grocery and restaurants. Guests have access to multiple pools, tennis courts and pickleball at no additional charge. We did not get a chance to enjoy these amenities as we were at the tournament during the day but next time we'll plan ahead to incorporate them. Hostess is very responsive and good communicator. Great location with lots of space

Sharise is a wonderful host who was very responsive to all our questions and informative about the home and the surrounding community. This will be the first place we look at when we return to the Indian Wells area and here’s why… The home itself has a well stocked kitchen with almost any items you would need plus lots of extras such as a coffee area with sugar, creamer and even syrups. There was even a shelf with a large variety of spices, plus enough pots/pans, dishes, cups/glasses, and silverware so you don’t have to do wash dishes up after every meal (believe me, I’ve stayed at other places where this isn’t the case and you end up spending your vacation doing dishes constantly so you have something to eat with at the next meal). The home has plenty of blankets and pillows with comfortable beds, enough seating at tables and a very nice balcony with lounges and chairs plus a bar height table. In addition, each of the three rooms all have their own TV plus one in the living room. Other nice extras included q-tips, bath bombs for the soaking tub, body lotions and oils which made the environment even more like home. The home has lots of little notes with instructions on how to turn on items, connect to WiFi or the TV’s, this made settling in very easy. Thanks again Sharise for making our stay at your place comfortable and welcoming.

We've stayed in many homes...this by far was the nicest...beautiful decor and an ample supply of coffee , condiments and household needs...location was excellent...5 minutes to Acrisure Arena and Agua Caliente...10 to El Paseo... Our host responded to my emails quickly and was very nice... Definitely coming back here...

Great place to stay

Property fit our needs perfectly Owner was responsive in a timely manner. When we mentioned there would be no pet she immediately responded and said she would refund tge 100. Pet fee. The house was so well stocked and clean and welcoming. instructions were clear. It was lovely to walk around the country club at dusk with beautiful pink skies and views of the mountains. It was close to grocery shopping.

Best vrbo yet

We stayed for the month of November. It was a family reunion with our 3 adult children. This is one of the most well designed, maintained and equipped units we have stayed in yet. Very clean, with all the kitchen utensils one could ask for, and well supplied with consumables. Sharise even provided a gift basket with wine, snacks and drinks. She was very pleasant to deal with and answered queries promptly . I am completely satisfied with our stay. If we are in the area again i would definitely stay here. Jim

Lovely stay!

The property was perfect for our needs for the weekend! Check-in instructions were clear and coming and going from the guard-gated community was easy. The location is perfect to be able to get to dining and shopping. Take note that the property is on the second floor in case you have mobility issues.

Great property!

Amenities galore! I truly appreciate the level of detail you provided us. Everything we needed to make our stay amazing. Beds were comfortable, sheets were soft and loved the duvet covers opposed to bed spreads! Decor was great! Very Palm Springs vibe. Great selection of sleeping pillows a variety to choose from for comfort. Plenty of towels provided along with pool towels and floats for the pool. The kitchen was generously stocked with everything needed to prepare any meal. Appreciated what you left for us upon our arrival. That was very sweet. Communication with owner was perfect. Couldn't ask for any better accommodation! Thanks again well be back!

Palm Springs getaway

Look no further than staying at this property. Beautiful place, immaculate in every sense of the word, from cleanliness to all the amenities that you would need. Would definitely stay here again, the owner was very responsive. This place is a 5 star property.

Fun in the Desert

Property was very spacious & clean. Nicely equipped for many little extras provided both in kitchen & bathrooms. Very comfy beds - my wife loved the sheets so much she made me find out from the owner where she got them! Nice grill on the deck - we used that a lot. Very private location in nice gated community. There is an almost private pool / hot tub right behind the unit that is only shared by a handful of units - we hardly saw anyone at the pool except for 1day of our visit. Locating is great - about 22 minutes from PSP airport. Grocery store only 5 minutes away. Many restaurants nearby. The golf course is very nice and not very busy . Our boys did the 2pm twilight golf most days for very reasonable green fees and hardly had anyone in front or behind them. They also played a number of the other nearby courses -all really nice. Very nice fitness center at the clubhouse as well as tennis center and 8 dedicated Pickleball courts. Every morning was open play time at the PB courts where we could mix in with the regular players there - usually about 15-20 people would show up. The only thing is that most times we had to drive to the clubhouse / courts as due to the layout of the subdivision it is about a 30 minute walk from the property on the streets because they frown on you walking on the golf course cart paths which would be much shorter. This wasn’t a big deal because we had 2 cars rented for the 5 of us because we were on different schedules - some golfing while others playing Pickleball or shopping. Overall we had great time at this location ! 5 ⭐️ ‘s!

Best rental ever!

We have rented many VRBO listings in several states, but Sharise's place in Desert Falls was simply the best one ever, not only for the property itself, but also for the value. We had 2 couples staying for a week in the 3-BR upper apartment and the photos don't do the place justice. It's spotless, very comfortable, with lovely decor. TVs in living room and every bedroom (!), Roku, lots of AC plugs for devices, consistent wifi. Lots of space, good arrangement of the bedrooms, and all the amenities that you needed and more! There were even snacks and a bottle of wine in the fridge! One of our sons couldn't make the trip, but the place is easily big enough for 3 couples. Kitchen is well stocked with all spices and fixings, my wife loved the breakfast nook in addition to the large dining table. The location is great, not far from the entry gate to the complex, and it's steps away to the hot tub/pool (which was warmed to the temperature that we like!). We also played the golf course, which was in terrific shape, a nice relaxing, not too difficult 18. Sharise was very responsive both prior to and during the stay. Easy peasy check in process. We loved our stay and would book again for sure. Thanks, Sharise!

I love where this property is located, on its own private corner with just a ton of windows and natural light! It feels like a Happy Space :)
The pool is directly in front so it's always nice to see that view especially at night when its lit up.
We get some beautiful hot pink/purple sunsets back there.
The rolling green belt is so peaceful to look at as well.
It's always quiet in my community but it feels alive with all the people walking and riding bikes and just enjoying life.
The Villa feels like true resort living!

I am so close to so many amazing restaurants and 3 grocery stores! I also love all the resale shops, there are at least 10 within 5-10 minutes from me. The Tennis & upscale gym is free and there is pay to play golf. Just reserve Golf 7 days in advance.
