An untouched island escape where tranquil seas and spectacular skies calm the soul and recharge the spirit.This seaside villa offers guests modern comfort while allowing them to explore the unspoiled natural beauty of the sparkling waters and powdery white sands just steps away.

The main floor offers “open plan” living with ocean views in every direction. The spacious and well-equipped kitchen is sure to bring culinary aspirations to life and the expandable dining table accommodates both small and large gatherings. Contemporary furnishings bring family & friends together for comfortable indoor games and entertainment. Stepping outside to the 36 foot long covered front porch, guests can enjoy outdoor dining or lounging as they take in mesmerizing views of the spectacular surroundings.

Each of the four dedicated bedrooms (two on the main level and two upstairs) offer queen sized beds, flat screen TVs, air-conditioning, ample closet and storage space and en suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has its own private balcony with unmatched ocean views. Upstairs, a large entertainment room/den easily doubles as a fifth bedroom with a queen sized pull-out couch.

On-site amenities include kayaks, snorkeling gear, lounge chairs, beach umbrellas, a hammock, and beach toys. A full laundry, bathroom, an indoor shower, two outdoor showers, and large 18’ x 24’ covered patio on the ground floor for added convenience.

Caribbean Delight

The Dune’s was the perfect spot for our family of 10! The house was spotless and well stocked. Great downstairs gathering space with a 180 degree view of the water and beach. Loved the spacious covered porch! The beach was beautiful and great for both small kids and adults. Swim, kayak, paddle board, shell, and fish to your hearts content. Great location for easy access to all the wonderful things the islands have to offer. Be sure to make dinner reservations with Virginia Parks at the Courtyard at High Tide for dinner and visit the art gallery at the local school. Rhonda, the property manager, is super nice, knowledgeable, and helped make our stay enjoyable. Would not hesitate to come back to this wonderful property!

Amazing Property

This is one of the most beautiful properties in the world. 270 degree views of beautiful blue water. We are a family that loves to kiteboard and this is a property you can kite in and out of easily. Property manager was the best and helped every step of the way.

Unreal!

As others have written, this house is incredible. No matter what the weather is, the view of the water cannot be beat. Plenty to do here and also easy to just relax.House was cleanest of any house I've rented. Donna (previsit) and Rhonda (on island) communicate well and help with anything we needed.If you're thinking about renting this house, definitely do it!

Location is Tops!

We have travelled to Spanish Wells several times over the years….this property location is one of the finest, right on the beach on the north side. House is well equipped from kitchen to beach toys. Plenty of room in the house for our group of 10 ranging from 3 months to 74. Wi-fi was the only issue we had with it going down half way through our stay….needed to be reset but with no wi-fi we had no communication. We took several charters with Exotic Excursions with Capt Jack. He was wonderful to spend the day with…..great with the kids and interesting for the adults. Already planning our return next winter!!!!

Great girls trip getaway

We highly enjoyed our annual girls trip at this beautiful home! The house host, Donna, was easy to communicate with and was very helpful leading up to our travel and stay. The house and ammenities were exactly as we were expecting. Rhonda, the housekeeper was a big help with our day to day needs.

What A Winner!

Spanish Wells, the beach, the water, the house and the hosts did not disappoint!!! We had been to the island 5 or 6 years prior and our experience then was fantastic. The second time around did not disappoint !!! We were a group of eleven…my husband and I along with our 2 daughters, sons in law and 5 grandchildren. It was a vacation to remember and we will return again!!! Thank you Dona and Bob!

We absolutely loved the place, clean, great views, easy beach access. Great for the family. We had two families together and it was plenty of space and plenty to do. Highly recommend!

Third Visit - As Amazing as the First

This was our third visit to Spanish Wells, and our third time staying at the Dunes. It's just as amazing and perfect as two years ago, and we are always so sad to leave. So good, So good, So good!

Went with 5 couples for a 40th birthday party...the place was perfect! Everything we needed. Donna & Rhonda took care of everything we needed and were extremely nice. The place is absolutely beautiful. Probably one of the nicest and newest on the island. Can't say enough good things about it! Perfect!

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER

Beautiful house, lots of amenities, best location on the beach. We couldn’t have asked for more! Golf cart rental (pick-up and drop-off) was a breeze. Rhonda (the house manager) was a rock star! She carted our luggage from the ferry dock and back, she was available for all questions, and offered her assistance. It was just the best vacation! Only regret is not staying longer!

Property was great and loved the stay. One problem with a water leak but after some time, we had a work around for a day. Water shortage was an irritant but not a deal breaker for another time

Paradise

This is a stunning waterfront property with all of the amenities that you will need. The island is not your typical over developed tourist destination. It is a small,tranquil island that is perfect for relaxing and rewinding. We spent our days on the beach and our evenings at one of the local restaurants. Donna and Rhonda helped with all taxi and golf cart reservations prior to arrival. Donna even referred us to a local masseuse named Lucia, who came to the property with equipment in toe and gave 6 massages in one day! We definitely will return! Thanks to all.

A paradise

This was our second trip to Spanish Wells - and second time staying at Sea Oats. This is such a special place, and the location and quality of the home is unmatched. Unforgettable!

Trip of a lifetime! We had the best week at this house, it is so beautiful and the location cannot be beat. Donna was so helpful with setting up taxi and golf cart and giving all kinds of information before our trip. Rhonda, the house manager, was so sweet and helped with anything we needed while we were there. Great communication between them! The house is so clean and stocked with everything you could need. Even games and toys for the kids! Our kids favorite were the little blue kayaks to play in the water. No waves and so calm and quiet- perfect spot for a family to relax. Amazing sunsets. Being on the point of the island was unbelievable. We had a blast golf carting around and meeting people on the island. Wreckers was our favorite restaurant, we went there often! The grocery store is amazing as well if wanting to cook at the house which we did a few nights too. One of our favorite days was a boat day with Capt Todd of True Blue Charter. Swings, pigs, sea turtles and more!! We travel a lot and this is our #1 favorite vacation we have taken with the kids. We will be back!!!! Spanish Wells is the best island. We went to Harbour island for the day once and did not care for it as much - cute but way too busy and crowded. Spanish wells and this house is the place to stay!!
