Fabulous 1BR Condo with amazing beach views sleeps 4. Park by door. Pool.

You will love the convenience of Sunswept 102. The condo is located right on the beach. The view from the deck is amazing. Parking is right outside the front door so you won't have to deal with long walks from a parking garage or waiting for an elevator. Beach access is on the side of the building near the front door. There is also a nice community pool in the complex.

The condo has a King size bed in the bedroom, a kitchen with the essentials, and the living room includes a hide-a-bed couch that can sleep 2 additional guests. There are televisions in the Living room and bedroom with basic cable. Both are Roku Tvs with guest mode so you can stream your apps. The unit includes a washer and dryer. The deck has seating to enjoy the view of the gulf and incredible sunsets. Wireless internet is also included so feel free to stream your favorite shows and movies.

We have loved this complex since our first stay. We really like the quiet atmosphere of the east end of the beach. You will be close to St. Andrews state park, the marinas, and Shell Island. Should you decide to venture to the west end of the beach, Pier Park is only 20 minutes away via Back Beach Rd.

We pride ourselves on offering a clean, well-maintained condo at an affordable price. We think you will love it just as much as we do.

WONDERFUL!!

Great place, clean, and very comfortable! The view from the back porch looks out on the beach and sitting out there every morning drinking coffee was amazing. You can’t beat the convenience of being so close to the water and the location was perfect. Property managers could not be better or more helpful. Will be staying here again for sure!!

Love Sunswept!

Our stay

Pro: We enjoyed our stay here. Loved the location, having immediate access to the beach and parking at our door! All appliances worked and kitchen was equipped with everything you need to cook and eat. Con: Didn’t feel it was very clean. Beach sand still in dining room chairs, stains on linens, broken sliding glass door handle that you could get hurt with trying to use. But the door did work and you could lock it easily. Opening and closing with the broken handle was the challenge. Windows both front and back were difficult to see through. I would stay again but I would bring cleaning supplies.

Anniversary Trip

We had a wonderful stay. The owners were great to work with and I would definitely recommend booking this unit. Great access to the beach and beautiful view off the balcony. Upstairs neighbors were a bit loud but we have a noise machine so it helped drown them out. Definitely nothing the owners could do about this though.

Nice condo, uncomfortable furniture

The hosts are really nice people but unfortunately this is a place for young folks who can sleep on anything, for us, the furnishing just weren't comfortable. We are older and are used to plush bedding and sofas, etc. and the place is furnished with the basic condo hard bed and it just didn't suit us. The place is fine for younger folks. Can't speak highly enough about location, quiet, ease of parking, etc.

Quiet but easily accessible

This property is exactly as described. The host was always available. All staff at the condo were friendly and helpful. What a great group of people. I would have liked it if the pool was heated while I was there but the heat is not turned on until March. There are so many other things to do that I could deal with the unheated pool. The condo contained everything we needed for our 2 month stay. Perfectly located at the quiet end of the beach but easily accessible to pier park. I can't say enough good things about our whole experience! We will be back! A big thanks to our amazing hosts!

Beach Getaway

For the price and location the condo was prefect. Easy access to beach and parking was convenient to our condo. Many restaurants close by. Our first floor condo had five steps to reach platform to our condo, which makes it very convenient for anyone with walking problems. Overall, very satisfied.

Love this unit!!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Sunswept 102. We had great communication and a super easy check in with no problems at all. First off, the unit was very clean upon arrival. It’s a smaller unit on the first floor but perfect for a couple or small family. No elevators to worry about, takes maybe a minute to get from your vehicle to the front door. The place has everything you need, TV in living room and bedroom, a kitchen with everything you need if you do decide to cook, a washer and dryer, which is nice and a very comfortable king size bed. The ocean front view from the balcony is beautiful!! Even though it’s on the first floor, the balcony is high enough to have a clear view of the water. We have stayed at many different units over the years but this one is among my favorites!! Great place, excellent price!!

Wonderful!

Love, love, love this property! The location can't be beat. It's literally steps away from the beach. I woke up every morning, made my coffee and sat out on the porch/balcony and watched the waves. Loved having the washer and dryer in the unit as well. It was well equipped. The pool area was nice as well. I would highly recommend and will definitely book in the future!

Great location,

The renting process quick and easy. The property was as described, no surprises. The location is probably the best in all of PCB. Thomson Drive has very little traffic and easy access to all the attractions. The condo was well stocked, very clean and comfortable for our weeks stay. We were beachfront, so access to the water was steps away. We are planning our next extended stay for January.

Absolutely Perfect

Our family has been coming to PCB for many years now. we have stayed at some of the most exquisite condos and unfortunately we have ended up at some of the most undesirable condos. this trip was absolutely the most perfect we have ever experienced! the condo was clean and comfortable , nestled right on the sand. this was a slice of heaven that we are not used to in Panama City . we will definitely be back, the owners were always there via text or email for anything we needed (which we didn’t) but we knew they were just a call away , thank you so much for your hospitality we will definitely be back

Perfect Getaway

Loved this property. Can't imagine wanting to stay at the packed, frenetic high rises with distant, inconvenient parking when there are gems like this still around offering cleanliness, convenience, and accessibility those places cannot. Views from the unit and location was perfect! Hope to stay here again, if possible.

Nice condo stay

We travel to PCB 2 or 3 times a year for medical visits and usually stay at one of the low rise condos, we've gotten used to Sunswept because it is well suited for older couples, it isn't a loud party scene, mostly quiet and comfortable but has what you need. The staff and all the owners we've dealt with over the last several years are really nice and friendly. This was our first time staying in a unit that has a patio facing/on the beach. You still have to go back out the front door(it is about five steps from ground level up to the condo unit so be aware of this and what you bring that has to be carried up/down the stairs) and walk down to the boardwalk to get to beach. We weren't there for the beach but it was a nice view and my husband really enjoyed sitting out on the patio. I thought it had mostly comfortable furniture, washer/dryer comes in handy. The only complaint I had is that the kitchen didn't have a toaster, there is a toaster oven under the sink with an old pot sitting on top of it (like to catch the water from sink that has a minor leak I think? I was afraid to disturb it) and there were not really any pots to cook with except one large frying pan and some scattered small ones but not if you were cooking an actual meal. We don't really try to cook more than simple heat/eat stuff, mostly eat out so not a big deal for us but IF you need a toaster for your muffins/bread, bring one and if you want to cook, bring pots, but really most folks go down for vacation and who wants to cook on vacation? It is a clean unit with a somewhat comfy bed, two tv's with working remotes, a comfy sofa/loveseat and a working bathroom and a kitchen with a fridge, stove, micro, coffee pot, glasses, dishes, utensils, etc. Also, we always bring a hair dryer as most of these units don't have them and this one was no exception. Good communication from owner. Great little place for a visit. Would recommend and will probably book again when we come down. I like that most of the owners at Sunswept don't try to gouge you and insert a bunch of off the wall fees or triple the cleaning fees, most charge just what they pay for it which is great. All of the owner's also do their best to maintain their units, on site management keeps an eye out and there's not a lot of trouble as well so that is a perk. If you want a clean, quiet, comfortable and reasonably priced stay without a lot of riff-raff or loud music, you will like it.
