Located 10 minutes from the city center of Brive on foot and close to historic highlights, Turenne, Collonges la Rouge as well as the Lot Valley and the unmissable visit to Rocamadour.

Bed linen is provided except for the travel cot.

Kitchen: equipped with oven, 4 ceramic hobs, hood, dishwasher, microwave, classic coffee maker and DOLCE GUSTO coffee maker, toaster, kettle.
We provide you with basic necessities upon your arrival (coffee, tea, pasta, oil, sugar, etc.)
bedroom 1: two 90 CM beds with dressing room
bedroom 2: a 140 cm SIMMONS comfortable mattress bed with small wardrobe and chest of drawers
bedroom 3: a 120 cm bed with desk, wardrobe and chest of drawers and an extra 90 cm bed.
Travel cot and high chair on request.
Bathroom with Italian shower.
Bed linen provided except for the travel cot.

- 42-inch TV with decoder, Free box, Canal + series. High speed WIFI.

- Bathroom equipped with an Italian shower with sliding door, a vanity unit with storage, an electric towel dryer.
Bathroom linen is provided as well as a hair dryer.

- Garden with furnished terrace, table chairs, parasol.
- Jacuzzi for 6 people with massage jets for 1 hour max per day and not after 9 p.m. Notify upon receipt of the greeting message. No use of the jacuzzi for reservations the day before for the next day in autumn and winter.
- Large basement, ironing board and iron.
