The Beach Rose Cottage is a private, charming, freestanding beachfront cottage located in Town Center at the start of the Gallery District on Commercial Street, facing Provincetown Bay. A perfect getaway with spectacular water views from the bedroom, living room and private roof deck. Step out onto the beach from your private porch and enjoy your coffee while sitting in adirondack chairs taking in the panoramic Ptown harbor view. Layout is one bedroom (queen), full bath, full kitchen, living room/dining area, covered porch with adirondack chairs, and exclusive use roof deck with steamer lounge chairs. Impeccably decorated in cottage style with modern amenities and bed and bathroom linens. Exceptionally well equipped with Smart TV, Bose Wave Radio with Bluetooth, cable, WiFi, microwave, oven/range top, dishwasher, refrigerator, blender, toaster, coffee maker, iron/board, hair dryer, ceiling fan, A/C, beach chairs and umbrella, beach towels, outdoor gas grill.

Amazing sunrise view!

Chris was an amazing host and always replied promptly if we had questions. A beautiful little location with views from the bedroom if you want to wake up to the sunset. It had everything we need and the neighbors were wonderful! We would definitely return.

Wonderful fall weekend

Couldn't have picked a more perfect location for our weekend anniversary trip. Right in the heart of Ptown, walk to everything, steps to the beach, but quiet enough to sit out on the deck to enjoy the peace of the ocean with a glass of wine. Home was exactly as advertised - clean and comfortable. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay!

Perfect tiny cottage!

This was our third year in a row here! Has everything we need for a long weekend away. Right on the sand of the bay to watch tides roll in and out. Walking distance to all restaurants and galleries. We never need to look elsewhere, this little cottage is perfect for us.

Beautiful Place!

We had a great stay. Adorable and well maintained place, they even had some fresh flowers sitting on the table. My partner and I loved the view of the bay, the front porch and the roof deck. Our small dog loved his stay too :) We had one small issue with a leak (it was raining cats and dogs all weekend), but Chris and Raul had someone out to fix literally within minutes of us reaching out and were able to resolve the issue quickly, then proactively refunded us a night stay for the inconvenience. It was very much appreciated and they did a great job to make sure it did not take away from our experience. Thank you so much, Chris and Raul! We will absolutely be looking into visiting and staying here again!

Peaceful spot

We had the chance to spend a few days in the cottage and it was just lovely. Nicely appointed, spotless and cozy. We had access to the beach to enjoy our coffee and relax. The patio is a great spot to enjoy and read a book. Great host and very responsive. We look forward to a return visit.

Perfection

My husband and I absolutely loved staying in Rose Cottage. Waking up in the morning and having coffee while looking at the water was fabulous. The house had everything we needed. It was very comfortable and very quiet. We never needed our car. All was within walking distance. Provincetown is such a warm and welcoming town. All the shops are independently owned and the restaurants are incredible. Our favorite was Mezze ( coincidentally just a few doors down). We can’t wait to stay here again.

Perfect location

The cottage is exactly as listed and an absolutely great find! Very clean, well stocked, and perfect size for two people. In the heart of P-town, close to everything. Cozy beachfront cottage

The Beach Rose Cottage is a perfect spot for two in the East End of Ptown. The beach is steps away, and you have the option to enjoy the roof deck as well. Parking on site is simple and incredibly convenient. As advertised, the cottage is quite cozy, but you’ll likely spend most of your time enjoying the beautiful outdoor space or downtown attractions right outside your door. I’d certainly recommend this space for your Ptown stay.

Another wonderful stay

My husband and I stayed here for a second time, and it was just as wonderful as we remembered. It’s in the perfect location - steps from the beach, and walking distance from so many great restaurants, galleries, and shops. It’s a great size place for 2 people, and it was so relaxing in the morning to sit outside with a cup of coffee while looking out at the water. We hope to book another stay here in the future!

Pure Bliss

cottage was everything we hoped for. Although it was small it had everything you needed. The parking a benefit. The view was absolutely magnificent. We will return next summer and stay longer.

Quaint and beautiful view

The light from the harbor is magical. This cottage is small but charming. It’s the perfect beach spot and very walkable to all restaurants and shopping. We have summered in Provincetown for over 15 years and had a nice stay. There isn’t much privacy but there isn’t much anywhere in Provincetown if you stay on Commercial. It’s not quiet during the mornings due to deliveries and construction— these are not issues of this particular cottage though. We loved our stay.

Perfect accommodations for a romantic getaway for two in the most perfect location on Commercial street with offerings that include everything you could possibly need for your Ptown getaway. Whale Watching in Ptown

There were a few hiccups but all issues were resolved very quickly. The location was perfect. We could walk to all the shops and restaurants. Having our own parking spot was a big plus. Would definitely stay here again next time we come whale watching.
