Come relax & kick off your shoes at Sandy Feet Retreat! This updated coastal home comes fully decked out and is located in the exclusive, gated community of The Villages of Crystal Beach. You will be just steps away from the gorgeous zero entry lagoon style pool & 3 blocks from the white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast, with access to the seasonal complimentary trolley! This home was designed with guests in mind and has everything you need to make your vacation relaxing & fun!

The Space
Sandy Feet Retreat resides in the heart of Destin! You are close to everything and walking distance to many things. You will love the central location of this house and be blown away by the amazing neighborhood and zero entry lagoon style pool & hot tub. Sandy Feet Retreat comes with two covered porches, a private outdoor grill and tons of beach toys. Every TV in the house is a smart TV with complimentary access to YouTube TV plus the ability to access your favorite streaming services. We also provide high-speed internet! This 3-story home (over 2900 sq ft) is fully stocked and comfortably sleeps up to 14.

First Level:
The front porch offers a small seating area with a private gas grill. Next to the house we provide a private bin, full of beach amenities & a wagon for your walks to the beach. Additionally, you will find a hose to rinse those sandy feet.

As you enter our home, you are immediately greeted by the open and welcoming kitchen and dining area. This open floor concept makes hosting your large party a breeze where everyone can partake in the fun. The dining area comes with a long table that seats 6, plus 4 bar stools at the breakfast counter. We also keep additional chairs in the closet.

LIVING ROOM #1– Large, bright living room with a sectional that is an open concept to the kitchen and dining area. The living room features a Smart HD TV with YouTube TV included and access to all your favorite streaming apps.

KITCHEN – Our Kitchen has beautiful white cabinets, stainless steel appliances & granite counter tops. We have ensured that this kitchen is fully equipped and ready to accommodate all your cooking needs.

LAUNDRY ROOM – A full sized washer and dryer are available and located right off the kitchen.

MASTER SUITE BEDROOM #1 - This room is furnished with a large, cozy king bed, nightstands, a flat screen smart HD TV, baby crib and large walk-in closet. This room also has a bathroom attached that can be shared with the downstairs or locked to make it fully private master en-suite and includes a step-down tile shower. Have little ones with you? The walk-in closet has a high chair as well!

Second Level:

BUNK BEDROOM –This room has 4 built-in, spacious twin bunk-beds that all have their own light. It features a flat screen smart TV with YouTube TV included & access to all your favorite streaming apps. It also has a large walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with a shower/bathtub combo. This room has been decorated and dedicated to our military, first responders & all of Americas Heroes. We appreciate you!

MASTER SUITE BEDROOM #2 – This room is the ULTIMATE Master Suite! It has a cozy king bed, private en-suite bathroom that has a large soaking tub and separate shower. It also has a large walk-in closet, 2 separate vanities, sitting area and a lap-top friendly office space with a comfortable chair. It includes a large smart HD TV with YouTube TV, access to all your favorite streaming apps and complimentary high-speed internet for those wanting to “work from home.” This room gets better… it has a large private porch with sitting area!!

Third Level:

LIVING ROOM #2- Come hang out in our upstairs living area! It is furnished with a comfortable couch and two love seats! If you need an extra bed, the couch has a queen pull-out mattress. There is also a luxurious wine fridge, small wet-bar and table in this area. There is a door right off this living room that leads to your second covered porch with a table and chairs. Perfect area for hanging out, eating dinner or catching those mesmerizing Destin Sunsets!

KING BEDROOM- This room is furnished with a cozy king bed, large walk-in closet and flat screen smart TV with YouTube TV & access to all your favorite streaming apps. The room also has an attached bathroom that can be shared or locked to make it fully private. Can be used as a 3rd master bedroom!

QUEEN BUNK BEDROOM – This room has a twin over queen bunk bed. There is also a large walk-in closet and flat screen smart TV.
