Michigan to Arizona 2024

We stayed at this complex a few years ago. It was a pleasant 1 bedroom. This year (2024)we decided to stay at the same property in a two bedroom. the two bedroom was very clean spacious private and secure. Loved the area and so much to do close by. Neighbors was very nice. Jay is an excellent manager and was very easy to contact. Definitely would recommend and would stay here again.

Extremely dusty and dirty

It is clear this property hasn't been thoroughly cleaned in quite some time. I shared photos with the property owner and he did refund me $100 once he saw them, but I question how long it's been since he's actually set foot in this condo. It was astonishing just how dirty and grimy it was. I have stayed in quite a few VRBOs and I've never experienced what I did the last four days.

Overall good

For the price it was good. The location was close to campus and right in the middle of everything so that was nice. The airplanes fly over kinda close so its alittle noisy. But communication was clear and totally awesome. Neighborhood isnt bad, didnt feel like i needed my pepper spray at the ready. The only complaint i have is we are kinda clean freaks because we work in a medical type industry. So we take cleaning wipes to light switches, door handles and all surfaces. There were still crumbs on tge table and kitchen counter. There were tiny splatters on walls and cabinets in kitchen. It was obvious the switches hadn't been sanitized in a while. They had some random products in the shower that just kinda said "yucky and cheap" so thats the only suggestion i can make is to deep clean this location and keep up on it. But honestly for the price it was good.

Great location close to campus

The second story apartment is within walking distance to Mill Avenue and all the great restaurants and to Tempe Lake. Easy access to airport and to the highways, so it was super easy to get around. And the price was great! Clean and comfortable. Highly recommended

Long Weekend in Tempe

Condo very close to campus. Enjoyed the unit along with the pool, hot tub, and Clubhouse. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Air conditioning unit was a bit loud, but kept the unit chilled which was great. Furnishings were nice as well. Having a washer/dryer in the unit was a great perk.

Convenient and Easy Stay

We were looking for a quick and easy break from work and the cold so this stay was perfect. The owner was very quick with communications, created an easy way to access the condo and was very helpful. The location was perfect as it was near a grocery store and was 10-15 minute walk to entertainment and fitness options. The pool was refreshing and the neighbours were friendly. There were amenities to make the stay very comfortable.

This was a nicely updated condo, was in a convenient location and had all the basic items needed for a comfortable stay. We stayed there with our 5-yr-old daughter and realized upon arrival that this condo complex has probably mostly ASU students, not executives, living there. We stayed over a weekend and were concerned it might be noisy but that never happened. Also, the condo is on a second floor and you do have to walk up steps for entry. This wasn’t an issue for us but I can imagine could be for anyone with mobility issues.

Great Spot

This is a nice space located near ASU. Easy walking to all Tempe Downtown areas. Covered, reserved parking is a big plus. Not a ton of bowls/etc if you plan to cook, but functional. Would stay here again.

Overall the property was very good. If I were to be really picky I'd say the description as "executive Condo" was an exaggeration as the place looked like it was just another condo unit in the entire complex. And the amenities were sparse in the kitchen. No Kleenex, but ample toilet paper. But that is being picky. Overall all, it was very good.
