Villa Lente

Lente is a detached villa situated in its own 600 sq.m. walled grounds in the residential Polje village. Recently built for the owner-occupier, Lente features top-quality furnishings, appliances and decor. Lente is removed from crowded beaches, but only a short drive away from principal towns of the island. Rijeka International airport is less than minutes away. The ground floor has an open-air living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a breakfast area, a 50-inch internet-enabled TV with a soundbar, one double bedroom, and a bathroom. On the veranda, there is an 8-seat dining table and chairs, with beautiful views of the sea and, beyond, Velebit mountain range. Beautiful rosemary and lavender scent hangs in the air. Adjoining the veranda is a private 300 sq.m. west-facing pool/lawned garden area featuring 8x4 metre pool, a shower, and a traditional barbeque. On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms, a spare room with bunk bed, and the master bathroom. One of the bedrooms offers direct access to the private west-facing balcony, with views over the pool area and Velebit. A convenience store is within walking distance.

The villa has its own three-car parking space.

Polje is a small village with less than 300 inhabitants mainly occupied with agriculture. The village also has a small oil mill ‘tos’ for olive processing and oil production. Several beautiful beaches are in the vicinity of the house and reachable by foot or car while fun activities and attractions are less than 15 minutes away by car. If you are possessing a boat driving license you may rent a boat and enjoy the beauty of hidden beaches of the neighboring islands. Passionate walkers may find 300 kilometers marked walking trails at the island. Walking trails are extended through the internal part of the island independently from the main roads or frequent traffic routes and are in contact with the historical, ethnographic and other such curiosities of the island. Krk has 452 cycle routes to explore. The routes you most commonly find are of the hilly or downhill type. Restaurants we recommend to our guest are: Restoran Nada, Restoran Cicibela, Restoran Zal, Pizzeria Camplin, Punta di Galetto. There are many other cozy places where you may enjoy some nibbles at the beach with a glass of wine.
