Spring Break

We enjoyed our spring break trip at this beautiful condo. Everything was as advertised, very clean, and had everything we needed for the week. The property is well maintained with plenty of activities for the kids and within walking distance to great restaurants and the beach. The communication with the owners was quick and they were very helpful.

What a wonderful stay

It was unusually warm weather for a fall visit. We had a wonderful relaxing visit with no crowds at the facilities and the condo was on point as usual. There have been a few upgrades to the facilities which is nice. We will definitely be back as soon as possible.

Wonderful family trip

Great place to stay with kiddos. We have a 4 and 1 year old and this was prefect. Great condo, lots of space, beds and bathrooms. Super short walk to beach and pool which was a must for us. Beach service was nice to have. Beach was beautiful. Kids enjoyed the splash pad and hot tubs. Restaurants and grocery stores very close.

Great family vacation!

This was a very clean property that had close access to the parking garage. All communications with the property manager was quick and easy. Our family had a great time staying in this property and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Lovely Condo

This condo was beautifully decorated with modern upgrades and fully equipped with anything you might need. We had one minor maintenance issue that was promptly taken care of. Getting in touch with the owner/manager was easy and responses were fast. Waterscape is a great location for families with children and i would recommend this unit.

Loved this place

We had a wonderful vacation making family memories in this condo. My kids love all the amenities that waterscape has to offer. It was unfortunate that one of the two hot tubs was out of service while we were there since it was a little chilly but that is no reflection of the host or condo itself.

Fort Walton Beach

The actual condo was great, clean and had everything a family needs. However, the view was not so great, mostly parking lots and hotels. The beach was beautiful and the facilities were nice though they kept closing the hot tubs and it was cold out. Overall we had a good time!

Fort Walton Beach - Fall Break

Great condo and overall facility. Kids loved playing at the pool area and restaurants were withing walking distance. Fubar was a great spot to watch football and baseball games.

Perfect condo!

We had the absolute best time at Waterscape! The condo was perfect and slept the 7 of us comfortably. We were within walking distance of several restaurants, the boardwalk, and souvenir shops. The resort was family friendly and had activities planned for each night. We enjoyed our time in Ft. Walton Beach!

Glad we found this gem

Last minute location decision for our family and I stumbled upon this place. We could not have been happier. The beach service w chairs and an umbrella was a superb amenity. The pools and hot tub were used daily. While we wish there was one more heated pool our children spent time on the lazy river and walking across the logs. The condo was decorated modern and fitting for the location. The rooms were spacious. The reservation, check in and check out process was top notch. The pre arrival information with restaurants and things to do was a warm welcome. We would stay here again in a heart beat. Highly recommend.

Incredible experience

This condo is beautiful- stocked wonderfully, updated and clean. Had to reach out to property management for something and they went above and beyond to rectify the situation! Would give 10 stars if I could. We will never stay anywhere but waterscape again!

Overall a good experience- condo pool were nice beach was fantastic- the bathrooms(mainly the 2 showers)were not the cleanest when we arrived though. We would stay in the condo again but probably a different unit.

Lovely vacation!

We enjoyed our vacation through VRBO. The condo was lovely, the view was not as we had expected. Getting from the condo to the pool area was a bit of a challenge, but we had a very nice time!
