Catch a glimpse of the bunny often seen under the palms in the back yard before a morning walk around the neighborhood. The Well-lit path to the entrance, plus front door led light makes nighttime navigation a breeze.

As you step through the front door of this 1,156 square foot home, you're immediately drawn to the beautiful sight of shimmering sunlight, framed by the oversized three panel sliding glass doors. It's at this moment that you know your vacation has officially begun! The 58 inch television will make for some amazing movie memories snuggled up at night with the family on the two couches. Don’t unpack yet - sit back and listen: no, you're not hearing the busy coastal highway or rowdy teenagers... what you're hearing is quiet! If you listen closely, you may hear the burrowing owls- cape corals official bird- or a sea gull calling overhead. Or it may be your own stomach growling just a little as you imagine the hamburgers, steaks, chicken and veggies you will make in our beautiful kitchen or propane gas grill next to our salt water, heated pool.

Planning a trip to the beach? We have a beach bag, beach towels, cooler, and two adult beach chairs and 1 child beach chair for you to use. Think of the time you’ll save in your vehicle when you drive down, knowing you don’t have to go buy all that gear!

Back inside, the living space is modern farmhouse chic. Oh, and did I mention we have high-speed internet and cold-blowing central air-conditioning too? Our fully equipped kitchen offers Stainless steel appliances, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Toaster Oven and are all ready for you!

And don’t think those board games are just for kids! On a rainy day there’s nothing like playing a board game together for creating lasting family memories!

Do you have an elderly family member or someone with mobility challenges? You've found the perfect place! After 1 short step up the porch, everything is on one level to make it easy to get around. The shaded lanai is great for anyone who wants to relax on the sectional and read a good book out of the sun!

As you make your way to the garage you will see the convenient laundry area, complete with brand new high efficiency washer and dryer! So leave those bulky extra suitcases at home – you can pack lightly and start each day of your vacation with fresh, clean clothes! Now on to the bedrooms, there are two in this house: The luxurious master suite with a comfortable king-sized bed, dresser, fireplace and its own full bathroom with a shower that has an AMAZING water pressure. The second bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed and a new, private work space is now available to do your virtual work or school away from the main living area! With WiFi download speeds of 150 or more!!
It's the perfect set up for families, couples, friends or business travelers. All mattresses have protective covers.

New vinyl plank floors were installed in 2021! The hall bathroom has a shower, tub and vanity. Please plan to bring your own soap and toiletries if you are particular, but know that we have you covered with 100% vegan and cruelty-free shampoo, conditioner and body wash if you would like to use ours. There's parking space for two (2) cars on the driveway. An additional vehicle can park on the street in front of the house, but no parking is permitted in front of other homes.

It's just a 7 minute drive to the famed, Yacht Club, and Yacht Club Community Park, a park with playgrounds, walking paths and a fishing pier, swimming pool and the boathouse restaurant, and the only sandy beach in the Cape. (NOTE: the pool is not open during the off-season.)

Our little family instantly fell in love with this house and its location - so close to the beach, islands, yet also on the river and all its treasures. We're sure you'll fall in love with it, too!

Please know, our ultimate goal is to provide you with an excellent experience during your well deserved vacation. Please take the time to read over our house rules carefully.

Occupancy limits and quiet hours are strictly enforced. There is a noise monitor on property. Fines are extensive for the guest if code enforcement is involved, so please be aware of your noise levels.

-Currently our occupancy is limited to up to 5 overnight guests. Additional day guests may visit but need prior approval. Please message us.

-Quiet hours are between 10 PM to 8:00 AM. You are welcome to enjoy the yard but please be mindful of your noise level as sound travels far outdoors.

-Pick up after your animals. We want you to be able to bring your pets, but no one wants to step in poop. If we have to remove pet feces or clean up urine from your pet inside or outside in the yard, there will be an additional $500 clean up fee.

-Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside and outside of the property. This includes any type of cigarette, cigar, pipe, vapor, and of course no illegal drugs, please.

-Our check-out time is 10 AM. Our cleaning crew generally needs the entire 5 hours to clean and sanitize the property properly and adhere to COVID-prevention cleaning protocols. Hence, our check-in time is 4 PM. If possible we will allow early check in or late check out for 2 hours before/after but it must be discussed in advance and we will require an additional fee of $50 for one or $100 for both.

-We ask you to remove your trash (our bins are located outside of the gate, to your left by the garage) and wash the dishes you have used when you are ready to leave.

-We lovingly decorated our home and provided you with all amenities we reasonably could. You are welcome to use them all and enjoy yourself, but please leave them behind for others to enjoy as well, including the spa robes.

-Occasionally stuff breaks. We get it! Should you break anything more than a glass or a plate, please message us immediately so we can start the process of getting it fixed.

You are our guest and we care about you and your experience in our home! Should you find anything amiss or need help operating something, please message us! We love to hear from you and want you to have an outstanding visit.


General information:

Pool

- Please give us advance notice (if possible) if you plan on heating the pool during your visit.

- The cost to heat the pool is not built into the nightly rate because not everyone requests it. The additional charges to heat the pool is: For anything less than a month it's $100, for monthly rentals it's $100/mth .To heat the pool we need at least 48 hours advanced notice.

Please allow 48 hours for the pool to get to optimal temperature. Please note: this is not a spa and will never get HOT. Message us when you would like to heat the pool and we will be happy to turn it on for you remotely.

-No glass poolside. Plastic cups are provided for your drinks.

-Due to the quiet hours requirement, no pool use after 9:45 PM.

-All children must be supervised at all times. There is no fence surrounding the pool, but there are noise sensors on every door and window leading to the pool.

-Please no diving . We want you to be safe & enjoy your vacation without an injury!

-Pool towels are provided.

Disclosures
-Outside cameras are on the property (driveways & yard areas), including a front door camera, camera near the garage, pool area too monitor the back doors for your safety and security.

-Occasionally there will be landscaping crew present to clean and maintain the property. the pool is being serviced and cleaned once a week, which is usually in the early mornings so you may enjoy it during the day. Our maintenance crew will never enter the home.

There is a pet fee of $100 if you bring a pet with notice, a $150 fee if you sneak a pet onto property.
