This is an apartment located in 272 Street and Fraser Highway, Aldergrove, BC. Apartment is bright and sunny with large windows covering the entire wall. You can get the morning sun and has a view of outside. You will feel very happy because of the sun and will never feel cluster-phobic stuck inside.

The apartment will be rented out together with kitchen utensils and furniture.

You can either cook your meals or you can order any kind of food. There’s special Indian restaurant that will deliver food to your doorstep which includes 6 Parata, Rice, 3 curries, raita, salad just for CAD 10, which is sufficient for 2 meals. So it will cost you only $5 a meal.

This unit has separate bedroom, bathroom, full kitchen and shared laundry.

This place is NOT a long term rental. This is a brand new 2 unit apartment for short term regular travellers & for quarantine.

We follow all the government cleaning protocols, hence it’s very safe.

This unit has the following and it’s not shared with anyone:

Dirty smelly and we got woken up at 11:30 after finally falling asleep with my heating blanket under our heads and over our faces , when the family in the next room came in. I swear i could hear her singing, making toast and 3 people talking coming through the door separating the suites. Worst stay in all my 60 years ever. I want my money back.

Do not stay here

Was a horrible experience all around. The place was NOT clean at all, there was dirt everywhere and before we could even sit down we had to wipe down the whole table area and chairs and the paper towel was completely dirty. The bedsheets were stained. The suite said it came with wifi and when we asked for the code, we were told to call the property manager. The bedroom and bathroom look nothing like the photos. There is a cleaning fee, but we are asked to sweep and take out garbages. Don’t waste your money, you will find a better place to stay than this

Renters Beware!

We were booked to stay three nights at the end of June. When we first arrived the room was above a storefront, with parking at the rear with poor lighting. We arrived late and after driving 11 hours we were exhausted, and went right to bed. Upon waking and seeing the apartment in the daylight, I was so disappointed. The TV didn’t work, there was hair in the garbage can in the kitchen, the shower head was broken and could not be used. The wall joining the two apartments was so thin, you could hear the guy next door stirring his drink with a spoon. I called the owner and explained what was going on, and he didn’t make any effort to make amends. We ended up having to pay double a night for the next 2 nights at a hotel. Pictures online are very very deceiving, again renters beware!

Great apartment in dwntwn Aldergrove

Good communication with owner. Quick self- check in. Full kitchen in my unit. (200B) contained everything i needed. Clean, bright, warm and located next to 24/7 711. Second floor so, stairs, no elevator. I wouldnt recommend using the laundry as it was in and out of service. There is a laundry mat directly across the street. I stayed two weeks, so more toilet paper, soap and garbage bags would have been nice but there is a site manager so just ask him, if needed.

Not even close to as described or as pictured. Apartment Was split up into two rentals with a non locking bedroom door in between the side I rented and the side someone else was renting. The shower smelled like sewage. Old springy mattress. Besides that it seemed clean and taken care of. Easy to check in and out, but way overpriced for what it is.

Only for in a pinch

A run down building and area, left little to be desired staying here. Noisy location overlooking a back alley, convience store, dumpsters and abandoned buildings, along a major roadway/highway. These details weren't revealed until just before arrival time upon receiving check-in/access info (no mention in the ad). Suite is small; adequately equipped kitchen; VERY stuffy and hot. Noisy location and back alley nightlife prevented keeping window open. Unit itself was only superficially clean, but not deeply clean. Would have been nice to have some hand soap provided. Owner/manager were easy to communicate with, but overpriced for what it is.

Well laid out suite

Check in and out process was simple, and host was very responsive. It was abnormally hot in Aldergrove, so the suite was very hot as well. It was my mistake for not noticing that there was no air conditioning. The bed was a pull out, but very comfortable. The building was also very quiet.

Step price for expectations

There is allot expected out of you upon departure. The shower smells like sewage unfortunately and it was not very clean. There was no air conditioning and the unit was very hot. The man who rented the sace was kind and helpful in finding the space.
