Duplex apartment of 57 m² completely renovated. It is located on the 5th floor of the residence, 50m from the Rond-Point, the slopes, ski lessons and shops. Enjoy the breathtaking view from your south-facing balcony.

Bedroom 2: a 140 cm double bed with mezzanine equipped with a single bed. The staircase to access the mezzanine is a bit steep. The high bed is not suitable for children under 6 years old. Equipped with a television.
Bedroom 3: a 160cm double bed Equipped with a television.

Parking: Parking spaces are available in front of the residence, these spaces are reserved for the occupants of the building but they are not assigned.
