Great place

Great place but very small for 8 people! Also when we arrived we were told the coffee pot was broken it took 4 days to get a new one…only disappointment was we had no coffee first thing during our stay

Fun family trip

If your traveling in a big group this is a bit of a tight fit but it's super nice. I loved how great the owner was at responding. It was in a small quiet town not to far from anything you wanted to do. Very quiet and relaxing a. Nice area to bbq or enjoy a fire . They do have a small hot tub where you can soak in as you wait for laundry or want to look at a mountain. This place is just great. We would love to come back to stay here and would highly recommend. Thank you so very much for allowing me and my family to gather here and enjoy Canada together

Great Location

Easy to access the park from this lodge. Was a little disappointed in the sleeper sofa as it is not usable for anyone but 1 little child in the middle. The kitchen has some stuff, but is missing some basic things like a baking pan and spatula. We enjoyed the hot tub every day we were there. Would still recommend this place based on the price.

We stayed as a family of 4 for 2.5 weeks for a ski holiday. It was an easy 30 min drive to Banff Sunshine Resort from here. We were kindly provided with a slow cooker for our stay - thank you! The kitchen was basic - we did have to buy items that we have left at the apartment so future guests can use (spatula, egg flip, ice trays). We settled in nicely though. As the lower level apartment we could hear footsteps in the above 2 apartments. Luckily the guests were not overly noisy though. The apartment was good value and served our purposes as a base for skiing. Thank you :)

Lovely home

We chose this place initially as it was the only rental we could find in our price point that had three real beds (as oppsed to a sleeper sofa). It was very clean and the owner was very friendly and responsive. It was on the smaller side, but that wasnt much of an issue, because we were out and about so much. The kitchen could be a little better stocked . For example, It would have been a little easier if there were oven mitts and a wooden spoon. Bbq tools would also be helpful as there are bbqs right outside our condo and we love to barbeque! But honestly, other than that, we really enjoyed our stay!

HORRIBLE, ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE

Everything about this stay was horrible. First, I could not get into the unit as none of the codes were working. Second, the condition of the interior was a mess. Disorganized and unclean dishes, glasses, and utensils in the kitchen. Smelly couch with dog hair and stains. Furniture items were completely different than pictured in the listing. The king sized mattress in the bedroom was broken as the foot area was higher than the head area. The full sized mattresses in the other bedroom were hard and uncomfortable. Listing stated the unit had a "balcony." Unit had absolutely no balcony. Listing stated the unit had a "mountain view." The unit itself is below ground level and there really is NO view. The location was listed as Canmore, but the unit is actually located in Harvey Heights, which is nearly a 15 minute drive away because of road closures, which the host did not advise me of. This unit had an inoperative porch light (would flash on and off all night), the walls were filthy and the wall trim was damaged in many places, the sink drains had no covers so anything could fall into them and be lost (like jewelry), bath products were in old nasty bottles and I refused to use them as they were unclean. The host was RUDE and HOSTILE when I called him with these problems. I promptly left and contacted VRBO and received a refund. DO NOT STAY HERE this place should be pulled from availability as it is unfit for renting. GO ELSEWHERE.

Christmas Family Rental

The unit met our expectations and requirements. The fireplace and floor heating were particularly appreciated. We also enjoyed the proximity of many winter trails just out the door in Harvie Heights as well as the convenience of getting to Banff and Canmore. The unit is a little dated and could do with a couple of upgrades particularly the bathroom and the kitchen fan (which is not working). Nevertheless we felt the listing was accurate and the rental was good value for our family holiday

Perfect Girls Trip Getaway

We had been planning a trip to Banff for 3 years and finally got to go! This property is not too far from the park, and being so close to Canmore offered lots of options for activities and dinners out if we didn't want to drive farther. The property is well maintained and the community style grills and firepit are a bonus! Checking in and out was easy and hassle-free. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Canmore wedding week-end

Our family of 5 (teenager, 2 young adults, 2 adults(Mom and Dad) and our Boston Terrier stayed in this property. The property was very spacious,clean and very well equipped with most everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The only thing we were missing was more mirrors. We were all getting ready for a wedding at the same time and the only mirror was in the bathroom which made it very difficult. If there was a mirror in each bedroom that would've been appreciated. Unfortunately, the people staying above us were having a party. The entire property was filled with young adults having a great time all evening. It did make it impossible to sleep. I did call security around midnight and they did come quickly. The unit above did turn their music down but continued to continuously stomp around and shout. This is no fault of the host just very a unfortunate situation. The second night was better and we all had a restful sleep.
