Pleasure Key was an absolute pleasure!!!!

The overall experience of this home was amazing!!! We had a large group of friends and a whole pack of kids and we all were very comfortable! The pool was amazing and the access to the beautiful beach as well!! I highly recommend this home to anyone looking to have a great time in the sun!!!!!

Friends spring break

Great property, enjoyed our stay very much. We had an issue with the pool heating up, owner was very responsive and fixed the issue. Great spot! Would book again in a heart beat.

Perfect stay for family

A perfect home for a large family of 12. The kitchen was well stocked and plenty of room for cooking and eating. The bedrooms with bathrooms were so convenient. The pool was perfect when the little ones got tired of the beach. The beach was quiet and the water was warm. It was a perfectly beautiful stay. Would recommend for a large family.

This property is steps away from the beach. It was nice being so close. The home had all the kitchen items we needed. Great communication from the property manager. Our group of 8 friends had an amazing time!

Family Beach Time!

The house is exactly as portrayed in the pictures. Kristin is extremely kind and helpful. We had a great time. The beach was amazing. Calm and clear water all but our last day and then just slightly bigger waves which were a blast! The area is perfect for shopping, food, fishing, activities. We had 11 adults and everyone had a great time. Would definitely recommend this house. It has everything you need and more! Everyone was bummed when it was time to leave.

Overall the stay was great but there were issues with the air conditioning units. It was about 80 degrees. A repair man came and said the units need to be replaced. Outdated and couldn’t keep up.

Family Vacation

Our family (15 of us) had a wonderful time at this beach house! There was plenty of room for everyone with 6 bedrooms each having their own bathroom. Having a beach house with a pool was so nice. The kids absolutely loved it! Kristin was so easy to get in contact with if needed and responded immediately. The ice maker was great to fill up coolers. We loved sitting on the balconies with a great view of the beach. The house is not too far from town and the beach is not crowded at all in this area.

Amazing Family Vacation

This is the second time we have stayed here and both times were amazing! There was room for all 17 of us. We love that each bedroom has its own bathroom and you can’t beat having your own private pool! It is a perfect location on the beach - less crowded. The ice maker in the kitchen is a great bonus. Kristin made everything easy for us which was much appreciated. It was a great week of making memories. Hope to be back!

Perfect House and Location

The layout of the property was perfect for 6 adults and 3 children. The view is phenomenal! The porches on the beach side, were perfect if you got up early and didn’t want to wake others up. There was plenty of seating inside and the beds were comfortable. They have redone the pool deck and fence and there is no longer a long walkway to the beach as shown in the pictures. It was still an easy walk to the beach, though. The pool was great on the days it was too windy to be on the beach. Plenty of room and all 4 ft deep. They allowed us access to a closet with beach and pool toys, which the kids enjoyed. Kristin was very accommodating and responded to our texts quickly. Apparently, the people who stayed before us did not have the house ready for the house cleaners as the instructions asked. So they had to do way more than the time allowed, so it was not cleaned as well as other houses we have rented in the past.

The listing description was 100% accurate! Right on the beach, with an easy walk from the house to the sand. Having the pool all to ourselves with all the kids was great! The kids loved the bunk room.

Great stay, quiet beach

The house was great plenty of space, comfy and clean! Also very well stocked first time ever in a VRBO that it had every pot, pan, utensil, and small appliances you may need. The host was great to communicate with and checked on us a couple of times through out our trip. If we were to stay in the area i again this would definitely be a house I would try to rent again

Location was great! Beach was easily accessible and not busy. King sized beds in rooms were comfortable and great. The kids loved the bunk beds. The pool is huge and we loved it. Any issues we had were dealt with. I do think a deep clean under furniture is needed but overall we were happy.

Awesome house

We ranged from 90 down 1 year of age this house was perfect! We could walk right out on the beach! The pool was amazing! The whole family throughly enjoyed staying here it was perfect!! We can’t wait to come back! And we loved the under the counter ice maker!!!!

Dishwasher needs service. Difficult to turn on door makes noise. Need a gate at steps for small children. High chair was moldy. Really like the pay it forward idea with spices and condiments. Beds were all comfy. Nice place.

Lovely!

This was the perfect house for our spring break week. The pool was warm and the ocean was steps away. We had three families staying in the home. We loved that all bedrooms had a master bathroom, except one. The home was warm and inviting with an updated interior and design. We appreciated that they had a grill and closet full of toys and chairs that we could use at the beach. Most were not in great shape, but we didn't care, we didn't need to bring them and we could leave them behind. The ice machine in the kitchen was amazing, what a great bonus. Our only wish for the property was that they provided more blankets for the beds, one little quilt did not cut it for some of the cold nights. We also would have appreciated more kitchen towels and more towels in each bathroom. We also appreciated how quick Kristin was with helping us get the heat back on in the pool. She had it fixed and warm within 12 hours. Perfect place.

The right place and the right location!

This is a beautiful property with a vast panorama of the Gulf. The rooms are all spacious, and each either has an en-suite bathroom or a Jack-and-Jill. The main floor has copious seating, and the decks are the place to stay in the shade (even in late fall) and watch the family. The pool is adult standing deep, clean, and heated! We recommend it for large family gatherings, as the kitchen is large and makes for lively family fun with plenty of barstool and massive table seating. The private beach access is the cherry on top: we spent a lot of family time sitting or walking on the beach! Kristen is an excellent hostess: she communicates liberally and accurately, and ensures all is well from start to finish.

We love relaxing on the beach, walking the beach at sunrise & sunset, watching the dolphins play, building sand castles, swimming in the pool, cooking & eating outside, watching football on the big screen, celebrating special occasions, and just enjoying our time together with family & friends. One family member remarked that having coffee on the upper deck in the morning was 'her favorite spot in the whole world.' It has been a great place for us to spend time as a family & share with our loved ones.
