DOLCE VITA MASTER is a beautiful two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms. It has a dream location in hyper center on the main avenue of Nice, Jean Médecin. You will be in the heart of Nice city life.

The apartment has a modern decoration. The walls and white furniture give a sleek and airy style contrasted by the dark wood imitation tiled floor.

You will be seduced by the master bedroom, configured like a hotel suite with its private bathroom. Located on the courtyard side, the bedrooms will allow you to fall asleep quietly. You will also appreciate the comfort of their mattresses 20cm thick and soft.
You'll be able to access your Netflix account from the TV so you do not miss out on your favorite show at night.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor and accessible by elevator.
Please note that the elevator is a half-level elevator. You have to walk down a few steps to reach the apartment. It benefits from a free Wi-Fi connection (fiber). The living room has a portable air conditioner.

DOLCE VITA MASTER has an ideal location in the hyper center on Avenue Jean Médecin.
All the must-see places in the city are less than 15 minutes walk from the apartment:
- The Promenade des Anglais and its beaches
- The pedestrian zone and its restaurants
- The "Coulée Verte" (garden in the middle of the city)
- Old Nice and its local specialties (spices, soaps, perfumes, confectionery ...)


You will also be a step away from a tram stop that will allow you to visit the entire city easily.

The city offers many Blue Bike points, allowing you to easily drive into the city center.

The train station is a few minutes walk.

Nice airport is only 15min drive away.

It includes two comfortable sofas, a coffee table, a flat screen TV with Netflix and a dining table for 6 people.

KITCHEN:
The kitchen is open-plan. It is equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and washing machine.

BEDROOM 1 + BATHROOM:
The bedroom includes a KING SIZE bed with a high-quality 20 cm thick mattress, dresser and wardrobe.
The bathroom has a washbasin with illuminated mirror, a shower, a heated towel rail, hanging toilets, a bidet and a hair dryer.

BEDROOM 2:
The suite includes a double bed with a high-quality 20 cm thick mattress, a console table and a wardrobe.


BATHROOM :
It has a shower, hanging toilet, a washbasin with illuminated mirror, a heated towel rail and a hair dryer.

Heating : Heating is collective and managed by the building. Start-up is scheduled for mid-November to mid-December. Shutdown is scheduled for mid-April. Start-up and shut-down dates depend on the local climate and the building manager.
