Sunshine House ist ein Traum wahr geworden und 20 Jahren in der Planung! Eigentümer hat bei Wapato Point worden Urlaub seit 1980 und freute sich auf den Tag, wenn dieses Haus abgeschlossen sein würde. Der Traum wurde Wirklichkeit im Sommer 2008! Alle Oberflächen wurden mit Qualität und Haltbarkeit im Verstand sowie bleiben grün gepflückt. Die Böden bestehen aus Holz und Kork und der einzige Teppich, der verwendet wird, besteht ebenfalls aus recycelten grünen Produkten und hypoallergenen Substanzen. Sunshine House ist absolut frei von Haustieren!$ 500 Strafe, wenn ein Tier vor Ort gebracht wird, keine Ausnahmen! Vermietungen gelten nur für Personen ab 30 Jahren, müssen bei der Registrierung einen Ausweis vorlegen.

Der große Saal hat eine Lodge fühlen mit rauer Zedernplanken Decke knorrigen Dielenböden und knorrigen Erle Schränke. Dies wird mit einem übergroßen Schwarz Maple Insel zu servieren alle Ihre Gourmet-Mahlzeiten ausgeglichen. Alle Zähler in der Küche sind Platte aus Granit, Gasherd und Backofen, wäre ein rost kommerziellen Kapuze machen selbst Emeril wie zu Hause fühlen!

Die große Wrap-around-Trex Deck hat eine überdachte Fläche, um den Platz im Freien in bringen und ist ideal für die Outdoor-Küche und abends Faulenzen, um die Sonnenuntergänge zu beobachten.

Master-Schlafzimmer ist sagenhaft luxuriöse mit Kamin und Sitzecke, Französisch Türen zum Außenterrasse mit Blick auf die westliche Blick auf See und Berge. Das Bad ist 5-Sterne-Qualität mit einem vollen begehbaren Fliesen Regen-Dusche mit Glaswand umgeben, sowie eine große Badewanne, Doppelwaschtisch mit modernen Deco LAV Schiff sinkt und jede Menge Ablagefläche.

Erdgeschoss Gäste-Bad hat eine importierte alle Kupfergefäß Waschbecken aus Mexiko und wunderschönen Terrakotta Fliesen in der Dusche und Boden.

Im Erdgeschoss finden Sie zwei weitere Schlafzimmer, ein übergroßes King-Zimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett und eigenem Bad sowie eine kinderfreundliche Zimmer mit voller Größe Etagenbett und ein Kinderbett sowie ein eigenes Badezimmer mit WC. Übergroße Terrasse ist direkt vor der Tür.

Great property, great host

Family has been coming to the Lake for 20 years and this is the best place we have stayed. Been at Sunshine house for several years and are coming back nest year. Judy is the greatest host ever.

Wapato Point 2024!

We had a great week at the Sunshine House ! We had kids and some grandkids with us. It was very convenient to have the pool close by. Beautiful views on the deck for coffee and eating! The kitchen was well stocked and was Nice for cooking!

Fantastic location and amenities

We've been staying at Wapato Point every summer for twenty years, but this was our first time at Sunshine House. We loved our stay so much we have already planned our stay there next summer. The kids loved the proximity to the pool and the putting green, and the adults lived having a full bath available for every bedroom. The garage was well stocked with beach toys, to floaties, and even a kayak! Our favorite part of the house, though, was definitely the covered deck. Fantastic view of the lake, comfortably outdoor furniture, and protection from the sun so we could enjoy the outdoors all day. There were a few maintenance issues when we arrived (housekeeping has broken the washing machine door, and several lights were out in the living room) but Judy was highly responsive and had the issues addressed as soon as possible. We can't wait to come back next year!

Beautiful home! Even better than the pictures on the VRBO site. So clean and comfortable. Impressed with the quality. And the deck and view of the lake is fabulous. Great place

The house was very nice, and the location is perfect. Quick walk to all the Wapato Point amenities - outdoor pool, indoor pool, shuffleboard, basketball, grass for playing sports, mini golf, watersports rental, walking paths, winery, restaurant. Plenty of room in the house for our two families of 4 with kids aged 4-12.

Wapato Point at its Best!

Can’t get much better home in Wapato Point than this! The home is perfectly set up for large Family and Friends! Awesome views, across the street from the awesome pool! You will not lack anything in this home! Judy was so helpful and great access! Can’t wait to for our next vacation here!

One of the nicest houses on the point!

We have stayed in a number of houses on Wapato Point including waterfront, but this one is our new favorite! Big, spacious and modern. Tons of extras like games, floaties etc. plus lots of food condiments and a very well-stocked kitchen. Perhaps most importantly, communication with Judy was great. Emails got returned within minutes, every question or concern taken care of immediately. She is clearly focused on top-end customer service. We will be back!

Beautiful view

We enjoyed our stay at the Sunshine House. It was a mix of three families with a total of 10 people. Proximity to the pool was great, especially with the kids, and the view from the deck was hard to beat. We enjoyed morning coffee on the deck, afternoon reading and dinner/evening happy hour out there. Judy was prompt to respond to our inquiries and we had everything we needed at the house for our stay: pots/pans, gas grill, dishes, utensils, etc. The kids found their space downstairs, allowing us peace and quiet every now and then. We would certainly recommend a stay here!

Great winter stay

Really enjoyed staying at this property! Nice view of Lake Chelan, great common space to hang out in, and close to everything. Everything was covered in snow, but the roads were plowed all the way to the house, and there was plenty of sledding available all around for our kids. Beds were very comfortable, the coffee maker made great coffee, and we were just really happy with it. Can't wait to come back again!

Great vacation with family and friends

We all loved the house. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked, living space great for hanging out, playing games, etc. We also went ice skating in the community ice rink and used the indoor pool. The views from the house were amazing! The hostess was available when needed, involved and helpful. Great stay!

Perfect for groups of adults and kids with plenty to do at the Point. Sunshine house is located literally across the driveway from the Upper Point pool and large grassy playfield perfect for soccer or throwing a football. There is plenty of activities planned for those younger ones every day at the kiosk and beach toys provided for fun days at the beach just a 5 minute walk. Putting green in the back yard for those lazy evening putting contests!
