Living Room: The living room in 101TV is located just beyond the front door, offering a plush sofa set across from a large smart tv. Watch your favorite shows or nap comfortably on a quiet Tuesday as your friends or family mill about, enjoying the luxury amenities that make this condo feel like home.

Dining Area: Tucked away in the corner of the large open space of the first floor, a farmhouse table and chairs in the white wood center of the dining room. Slide open the glass doors and let the morning breezes kiss your cheeks as you enjoy your first cup of coffee and the last moments of silence before the kids come scrambling down the stairs ready for a day of Disney!

Kitchen: Spacious and cheerful, the kitchen faces the dining room and the sliding glass doors that lead out to the screened-in lanai. The home is non-smoking and absolutely no pets are allowed. Violation of this term will incur a charge against the security deposit for the reservation of $400.00 minimum.
Pool Heat: $50.00 per day (It needs to be purchased for the total length of the stay and should be requested at least 7 days prior to the check-in)
The BBQ grill is available for $60 *Propane Gas Refill not included.

STARTER SUPPLIES: We provide 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and small (hotel-size) bar soap in each bathroom. Items of personal hygiene, dish soap/sponge, detergent for dishwasher, laundry detergent, and a garbage bag.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided at the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

THIS HOUSE IS SELF-CATERING. Although we provide Welcome amenities, we recommend stopping by the nearest supermarket to purchase additional personal toiletries and desired meals.

FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, or coffee powder will be provided before check-in.
