Das Anwesen besteht aus zwei Gebäuden, die durch einen gemeinsamen Ziegel Terrasse gemütlich zum Essen im Freien ausgestattet verbunden. Es wird darauf geachtet, so Blumengärten ändern saison mit Einjährigen und Stauden. Die Hauptferienhaus verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer und bietet Platz für sechs. Über die Terrasse ist ein weiteres Gebäude. Eine Wendeltreppe mit Glyzinien umrankt führt der Weg in ein Privatzimmer für zwei Personen.

Privacy problem

Despite the presence of only one bathroom and the absence of a washer/dryer in your cottage, we had a wonderful time in 2022 enjoying its charm and the wonderful peaceful solitude and privacy of the place. The latter was missing this year, as we shared the property with you, your friend, and your husband. You were all very friendly, courteous, and considerate, but it was not what we expected from a place advertised as having a private beach.

Another week in paradise

This was our second year vacationing at this charming, spacious property with a gorgeous view of the private beach from the comfortable covered patio, where even a few thunderstorms couldn't dampen our spirits. We enjoyed use of the grill and cooking in the well-equipped kitchen, and Jessica was a lovely host as always. A picture-perfect Cape vacation!

I have rented at this property before…my family and I love it. We try to come back every year. Some years it’s so popular we miss our chance. We have rented on the cape many times before and this is our favorite location and home. The cottage is so welcoming and so family friendly. The beach is wonderful. We have even come to know families in the neighboring homes. The host is always there should you need anything. I cannot say enough positive things about our experience there…it why we keep coming back.

Wonderful serene getaway

Wonderfully peaceful vacation at a breathtaking property!

Our group of family and friends has already booked our next vacation at this delightful home! The charming, spacious home was full of all the amenities we could need. A few steps through the gorgeous gardens leads to the most perfect private beach. We enjoyed drinking coffee and knitting on the large porch while admiring the stunning gardens and ocean view, grilling dinners, and playing games at the long farmhouse kitchen table. Jessica was a lovely hostess and made us feel right at home. We're already looking forward to our return visit next year!

Delightful, beautiful and restortative

My spouse and I had a divine two week "work-cation' at this property during the off-season (late September). Perfect place for working while gazing at the bay, surrounded by beautiful landscaping. While nothing fancy about this place, it is a great cottage in a wonderful location. Perfect for people who want to be with nature and don't need everything to be ultra modern. Easy access to bike paths, restaurants and local stores and towns. Owners responsive to our inquiries and needs.

Wonderful vacation spot right on a beautiful beach!

We had a wonderful time during our week at the Kirschoff cottage. The house is adorable with so many unique decorations and a beautiful garden. The location could not be better with the beach (with the sand flats) right in front of you and all that Brewster & Orleans have to offer just a short drive away. The beach

This is our 3 rd or 4 th time renting this property. It is the best place we have ever stayed… The cottage is cozy, but spacious, charming, with flowers everywhere. Then when you look through the flowers and trees you will find the bay at its best. Everything that you could need is there to cook, entertain, or just enjoy the beach. Outside porch is confrontable and you can see the ocean or grill in the front of the house where there is a second seating area. Hosts are welcoming, responsive and just want to make your stay enjoyable….

Perfect location!

We had a wonderful stay in Brewster. A short path to the bay made trips back and forth to the house easy, especially with young children. We loved walking the flats and enjoyed the little neighborhood. A washer/dryer would have been helpful, but all in all a wonderful vacation!

Beautiful property. House is unusual but with a lot of charm and character. A one of a kind “ find”. The beach is just amazing. Owners very helpful and attend to any concerns or questions immediately. This is our 3rd year here and we have already booked for nxt year.
