Parking Information:
For a smooth and stress-free stay, please follow all posted signs and parking regulations in Breckenridge, as enforcement is strict. If you need additional parking, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight options in two convenient locations: 1) south of town at the Stephen C. West Ice Arena, and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite lot, which also accommodates RVs and trailers.

Colorado Traction Law:
From September through May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is in effect for all drivers traveling on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero as well as US-285 to Breckenridge . This law mandates that vehicles must be equipped with either four-wheel or all-wheel drive and snow-rated or mud + snow tires. Alternatively, vehicles with two-wheel drive must have winter tires, chains, or other traction devices. Ensuring your vehicle is properly equipped is essential for safe winter driving in Colorado. If you’re renting a car, be sure to confirm with your rental company that your vehicle meets these requirements.

Please be aware that during the winter months, roads and driveways are likely to be snow-covered or icy, making four-wheel drive (4WD) or all-wheel drive (AWD) essential for safe travel. Perfect location - very short walk to snowflake lift

The property was wonderful. We had plenty of space and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking, The location was perfect as we could walk to the lift and ski down the Four o'clock for lunch!

this property had a wonderful location. the lift was right across the street and complete ski in. We would have loved more bath towels, as for 6 people we ran out quickly. but it aas super clean and well cared for. thanks for having us!!!

Great location easy access to everything form the Lifts to the HotTub. Main st is a simple 2 minute drive. You could walk but it’s a little on the long side after a day of skiing. Condo is a bit dated and can use a little refresher but location is great.

Great Location

Ski in/out could not be better. Just about as close as you can get. Kitched was well stocked. Couple recommendations: 1.Could have used a few more bars of soap for the shower. 2.The front entry needs a bench to sit on when taking off ski equipment. Overall great place. Would definitely stay here again.

Breck Ski Trip

We took two four person families on a ski trip to Breckenridge and this was a great place to stay. Location was perfect and we had plenty of room for everyone. The only issue we had was keeping a consistent temperature. It would get chilly or hot in the rooms at night without moving the thermostat, but never unbearable.

Great place, especially for skiers

My friends and I had a fantastic experience. It was very spacious for the 5 of us and one of the most convenient places I’ve ever experienced for skiing. The lift was literally 50 yards from the door. The fireplace and hot tub access was great for winding down after skiing. They got the place ready for us much sooner than expected when we came in and the communication was easy and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

Easy access to everything

This unit was perfect for us. We have stayed at many ski in ski out condos and this is very accessible. It is directly across the street from snowflake lift. At the end of the day you take 4 O'clock right to the parking lot. The patio is the closest thing to the run. Rentals are directly across the street of needed and 5 minute walk to down town. We got an immediate response to a few questions we had. This was one of the best vacations we have had and a lot had to do with location and accommodations.

Nice Little Condo

We were traveling as a group of 6, including two kids. The condo’s location was so convenient - very close to the snowflake lift, 4 o’clock trail, two ski rentals locations, and a lift ticket window. Short drive to town. My kids liked that they could both be on a top bunk. The condo wasn’t high end luxury but very comfortable and impeccably clean. Loved the fireplace on cold nights. Beds were very comfortable. Would stay again!

Location can't be beat

The location of this unit is terrific. You are steps from the Snowflake lift and it is a true ski-in. Just minutes to downtown. The condo was clean, but definitely dated and showing some wear. We had trouble getting the temperature correct- the bedrooms and baths were very cold. Enjoyed the fireplace and living area. Communication was clear and check-in/out was easy.

Just so-so

I will say the location is perfect. You ski right to the condo and the lift and shuttle are right across the street. However, the beds are horrible as well as the pillows. We used every room and no one was able to sleep. We had them bring us more pillows in hopes that would fix it but honestly the beds are the worst I’ve ever tried sleeping on. After the first night I slept on the couch the other four nights. The fireplace only worked about every fourth time we tried to turn it on. The dishwasher never worked though they did come and try to fix it.

Perfect Location

Everything was perfect! The condo was very clean and the perfect size for two families with 3 teenagers. The absolute best part was the location. This condo is on the bottom floor and we literally parked our car and walked maybe 10 feet to the porch into our condo. This should also be listed as a ski-in/ski-out location as well. Directly across the street is a lift and you can ski-in right beside the condo/parking lot at the end of the day or during the day like we did for lunch and shorts breaks. We will most definitely want to stay in this exact same condo next year and I highly recommend this rental for anyone else. Also, the lift that is across the street is the Snowflake lift that will take you to greens and blues so don’t worry about it taking you to anything too difficult if you are just starting out. Also, this condo is located directly across the street from Blue Sky (Charter) ski rental which you can simply walk across the street to rents skis, boots, and helmets. We’ve never been able to do that and I’ve got to tell you it was nice. Especially the dropping off process after skiing for several days and you know you have to start packing, no body wants to load up the car with skis and boots and drive to drop off their rentals. Plus this rental is about 5 minutes from town and is very convenient to anything you will want to do while in Breckinridge. Have fun y’all.

Perfect Location - we will come back next year!

Condo was clean and well stocked - We greatly appreciated the extra towels, blankets, sheets, pillows, soaps, etc. We didn't use all of them, but we were especially pleased to know that we had enough supplies for everyone and then some. We also appreciated the simple things that were provided like a new sponge and bag of dishwasher soap pods. It just made getting settled in for our vacation so much easier for us. The location was perfect - right across the street from the the Snowflake lift and the ticket office and easy ski-in. We also appreciated the detailed instructions for the WiFi, tv, hot tub, etc. and especially the labeled kitchen drawers and cabinets telling us where things are stored and where to put them back. Nick from the property management company Summit Vacations - He was very responsive and helpful before and during our visit and stay in Breckenridge.
