Stepping inside, you'll find 1900 square feet of welcoming space to call yours during your next vacation in Orange Beach, AL! The large balcony looks directly out to the turquoise waves of the gulf and provides the perfect space for you and your companions to enjoy the rise and set of the sun each day, cups of coffee as you brainstorm for the day ahead, or drinks and laughter as you reminisce over the adventures accomplished. Love coffee? Drip-style coffee maker and Keurig provided. Stepping back through the floor to ceiling glass door, the open living area provides ample space and plenty of natural light from the wall of glass windows. In the living room, lounge around in one of the side chairs while you browse favored shows on the satellite TV or kick back on the cozy sofa, which pulls out into a sleeper bed for extra snoozing space. The 6 chair dining set in the dining area off the side, combined with the 4 barstools at the bar height counter, allow a total of 10 to dine comfortably. Master Bedroom offers a king bed and attached bathroom offering a jetted tub and walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom offers two queen beds and the second bedroom offers an additional queen bed. There are two full sized guest bathrooms offering plenty of room to get ready for you exciting adventures. The nice open living room offers a full sized sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space.
When you're ready to venture out of your condo, you'll have access to wonderful amenities within the complex including an outdoor pool, lazy river pool, heated indoor pool, and a hot tub! Additionally, there is a kiddie pool for children. A BBQ area with grills and outdoor dining sets provides the perfect space for socializing with friends or play a friendly game of tennis or basketball on the outdoor courts. The complex also has a fitness room for working out and when it is time to head to the beach, just head down the private boardwalk. For added convenience, there is an outdoor shower for rinsing sand off!

* PARKING: MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles per unit/per reservation, no exceptions - STRICTLY ENFORCED. You will receive a Registration Email from VRP Access. You must prepurchase your parking pass via this website. You will then pick up your parking pass on property at the front desk upon arrival. The cost is approximately $52 per vehicle and valid for the duration of your stay. You must display the parking pass on your driver's side front dash in plain sight during your stay. *PRICE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have cleaning products or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a STARTER SET of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras.
