This beautiful apartment, located at the 2nd floor of a building with an elevator, is located as followed :
- Bedroom 1 : two single beds (80x200cm), cupboard, AC, access to the balcony + bathroom connected to the bedroom.
This bathroom has a basin and a shower.
- Bedroom 2 : double bed (160x200cm), cupboard, AC, access to the balcony
- Bathroom 2 : shower, toilets, basin
- Independant toilets with a small basin
- Living room with a convertible couch for 2 people (140x200cm), AC
- Opened fully equipped kitchen (oven,kettle, expresso machine, micro wave,fridge)
The kitchen and the living room are both having an access to the terrasse of 9m2 looking over the Albert 1er avenue and it offers an amazing sea view and palm trees.
This apartment has Wifi connection.
There is no parking space affiliated with this apartment.

Guests have access to the entire apartment.
## Interaction
The agency is located a few minutes away walking distance from the apartment and its staff will be there throughout your stay to give you assitance and advice local places if wanted !
Someone will contact you a few days before arrival in order to confirm the check in time. The apartment will be prepared for the number of guests noted on the reservation too. Please notify to the agency a few days before arrival if you will need the linens for the couch.
If you want to arrive in a more flexible check in, you will be able to collect the keys into a safety box located at our agency a few minutes away. Please confirm this option with the agency at least a day before :)
Check outs are up to 10 am. If you wish to check out later, please ask the availability to the agency. We will do out best to be flexible !

This 2 bedroom apartment is located on the famous avenue Albert Ier in Antibes where you will be able to enjoy the local market on Thursdays mornings. On this avenue, you will see shops, restaurants, convinient stores a few minutes away and the beach !
The old pedestrian town of Antibes is also a few streets away where you'll see boutiques, bars, restaurants and touristic activities.
Please look online where you can park because Q Park has options with a membership card for a few days and their prices variate depending on the dates.

This apartment is located in a building with a small elevator for 3 people maximum. There are 3 steps in the entrance hall to get to the elevator.
There is no parking space.
There is AC in both bedrooms and in the living room.
Parties / Pets / Smoking are forbidden.
Any lost keys will be deducted from the deposit.
No soap, no laundry detergent, no coffee.
Cleaning is only for the end of your stay. If you want to change linens or have a cleaning during your stay, please contact the agency to get a quote for this extra service.
One set of bed linen is given upon arrival per bed. One towel per person.
