Welcome to our beautiful and brand new beach apartment rentals. We’re located ideally in Indian Rocks Beach. The beach is just two minutes away from our property, right across the street, allowing our guest a quick and easy access to enjoy the seaside. Our place is also positioned near great restaurants, bars, coffee shops, boutiques, parks, fishing spots and many other touristic attractions. An excellent spot to enjoy one of the most spectacular sunsets of Florida. Peaceful and restful area.

Renting multiple units

There are many wonderful attributes to these townhomes, they are new, great location, well furnished, beautiful, have fantastic rooftop with a view of the Gulf of Mexico. The other thing that makes them unique to the many other choices around is the ability to rent more than one if you have a gang. We rented two and have a friend who lives in town a few blocks away. It was great to have our reunion where we spent 4 days together but everyone had plenty of space, yet we were near enough to each other.

Lovely townhouse

Reality nice, spacious townhouse in our favorite part of IRB. Close to the beach, good restaurants and bars. Could use more kitchen utensils, pots, and pans, but otherwise well furnished and modern. Owners were very responsive to our questions and needs. We lost likely will be back!

Good but not perfect

We checked in easily and the location was great. We quickly noticed the number of beds advertised was not correct. We had 4 people and unfortunately there was no bedroom with 2 twin beds so someone had to share a bed which was not good. I messaged the manager and did not hear back in a timely manner. She explained she did not get the text so I don’t know who is to blame for this. When I messaged 2 more times she finally called me and explained one of the beds was broken the week previously and they replaced the single beds with a full size bed, which did not work well for us. The reason we rented the home was the number of beds and it was disappointing they didn’t have what we needed. Luckily we live nearby and one person just had to leave after the first night. Needless ti say it did not meet our expectations. Other than the beds the house was fine- decorated nicely with the basics we needed and the location was great!

Quiet location near public beach access

Quiet location and conveniently located just a short walk to public beach access. Communication with property manager was prompt and welcoming. The variety of beach accessories for guests was helpful (umbrella's, noodles and boogie boards). The view from the top deck was nice but was not used as much as we thought. Overall, satisfied with our stay and would return for a future trip.

Perfect!

Spent a few days with family & friends as my daughter was graduating at USF. Perfect location to get some beach time, quick meals and fun reminiscing on the rooftop patio. Only complaint is we couldn't stay longer.

Exceeded expectations!

Our adult family of 6 stayed for an extended weekend. The condo was new, clean, and comfortable. There were many nice touches such as beach accessories, coffee, and even soft toilet paper! Short walk to the beach and restaurants. I would highly recommend this VRBO!!

Great location!

Close to beach, short easy walk. Nice quiet neighborhood, clean home had everything we needed. Like the roof top outside area. Appreciated the ice chest, beach chairs!

Great location, 3 minute walk to beach.

The location is ideal: less than 600 feet from the beach, a 2 to 3 minute walk (Indian Rocks Beach has public beach access on every block). Also walking distance from a great French bakery and good restaurants. The property was spacious, clean, and as described on website and photos. Communication with the host was timely and efficient. We had a couple of minor maintenance issues, which were resolved promptly. Our family included small children, a teenager, and a grandmother, and everyone was comfortable and at ease in the rooms and common areas. Not recommended if you can't take stairs, as there are 3 different levels to the unit, plus the set of stairs leading to the terrace.

Great house in an awesome location!

We had a great stay. The house is in great condition and fully in line with the photos. The main area is really spacious and well maintained and the bedrooms are all comfy and a decent size. Rooftop is perfect for watching the sunsets and the backyard has a bbq and benches. The beach is seconds away and, because it's IRB, you have direct access to the beach from every street. We will definitely come back!

We’d come back!

Communication with the property manager was excellent! This is a brand new property, thus very clean. It’s very spacious! I would like to add, because I don’t recall seeing it in the property description, that the showers have body wash/shampoo/conditioner dispensers and lots of beach toys and floats for renters to use. The location was great; it was maybe a 3 minute walk to the beach. It was our first time staying on the west coast of Florida and it was so much nicer than the east coast. We’d rent this condo again for sure!!

Thanks for the great location it’s easy for our guests to visit the nearby (Less than 40 minutes) cities like Tampa and Sanpete that count with many more beaches and attractions like museums, aquariums, Zoo, famous amusements parks like Busch Gardens and many more things to enjoy.

Our place is in a great location! We posses most of the amenities our guest commonly need, beach gear, beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, most common kitchen accessories and appliances, a washer and a dryer, a private rooftop and a shared backyard with a BBQ area, plenty parking space that fit up to four cars which is not common in the area. A parking garage and security cameras outside.
