The Perfect Desert House!
Feel right at home in this desert vacation home that has everything you need to enjoy beautiful Lake Havasu. Desirable south side home with fantastic pool on a large lot with plenty of room for boat/car parking. Unique 2-tier backyard - watch TV and sunsets from the upper, fully shaded patio & enjoy family time and relax in the large, lower level area with patio area, BBQ and pool! Fully fenced and pet friendly!

All the comforts of home - plenty of blankets, pillows and towels. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals - coffee makers, pots, pans, crock pot, serving ware. House is stocked with all of the essentials to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

House includes fast, mesh network WIFI. Log into your streaming apps and stay up on your favorite shows and sports on the three Roku TVs. We also offer family board games, and USB charging ports in each room.

Large, step down main living room creates the perfect space for relaxation. An additional, separate den is off the kitchen.

Plenty of sleeping space with 3 bedrooms, comfy beds, and twin size fold out sleeper the living room. 2 full bathrooms that include soaps, shampoos, towels and upgraded showers/tubs. All bedding and linens provided!

Backyard is fully fenced for well behaved pet guests.
Laundry area contains washer and dryer available for guests to use.

Everything about this terrific house is just as described. The house was clean and comfortable with anything you need. The pool was great, we spent a lot of time in it. Everyone in our group was very happy.

Great Pool/Location

We had a lovely stay in town while visiting the grandparents! Our host was easy to contact and nice, and the pictures represented the house well. The Wi-Fi was really reliable, which was important for us since we were working while there. The pool was awesome, and there was plenty of space for us to hang out and work. All in all a wonderful place to stay. Thanks for the hospitality!

Havasu Getaway

Thanksgiving Family Trip

Had a great stay for Thanksgiving with my husband, kids and dogs. I grew up in Havasu and my parents still live here but with our 3 dogs and the kids it’s nice to rent a bigger house so we can all be together. The house is spaced out nicely so I could go to bed and it be quiet while everyone else still played games on the other side of the house. The dart room was a huge hit and we also liked playing fuse ball in the garage. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could think of. We made breakfast for my parents and our family and a few items to bring to a friends house on thanksgiving. We had forgotten to buy foil but they had it there! The host provides a book with lots of recommendations in Havasu and easy instructions on how to care for his home. I’d say my favorite part was the couch on the upper deck. The Mountain View is beautiful esp for coffee and a drink at sunset. Pool is nice but it was too cold to use at this time of year with no heater. My son did one jump off the diving board but went straight into the hot bathtub I had waiting for him. Haha … he wanted to try! Definitely would recommend this home.

Comfortable and clean property in a nice quiet area with ample space for our small family. Good communication with the host and easy check-in. The home is not too far from everything! We recommend it.

Summer Boating Vacation

Property was nice. Lived up to the photos as listed. Only draw back was the inability to use the garage which was unexpected and provided a security issue with boat and equipment. Communications with James during the stay were pleasant and prompt. We would not hesitate to recommend the property.

First impression walking in was very clean! The set up of this home is awesome tons of space. Our furry friends had plenty of space and the yard being fenced is a plus. James is an outstanding host we have stayed at another rental of his and always a pleasure. He takes pride in his rentals!

Great Lake House!

This house was perfect for my family! We loved the outdoor seating area and the pool! It was a nice place to relax, cool off, and enjoy some sports on the TV. We also played lots of darts in the dart room. And it’s so clean that it smelled cleaned. We loved that! Would definitely come back to this house again!

Great home, James is very good at communicating, the home has everything you need for your stay. Pool is clean and inviting for a hot summer swim James allowed us to park our boat trailer on the property while our boat was in a slip down at the marina. Will definitely book this home again. Big plus is allowing us to have our dogs in the home We won’t stay anywhere without our dogs

Great home, great location and great host

We had 3 adults along with our fur babies. Check in was very easy, home was better then advertised, beds were very comfortable, everything was labeled and user friendly throughout the entire home, loved the outdoor seating patio area with TV and couch, very close to grocery store and many food options. Will definitely be renting in the future and can’t wait to come back in summer and enjoy the pool.

Great getaway house!

We left our house in Montana with 5 feet of snow! We decided to go to Lake Havasu !The house was wonderful! It was spotless! We love having the pool with the great patio with lots of shade! We did a lot of cooking ! The kitchen was well equipped.The neighborhood was nice and very quiet. I would highly recommend this house! James was a great host! We will be back!

Beautiful home

We stayed at this lovely home when in town to see family. The back porch and pool are wonderful to gather around and spend time with each other. I would definitely stay here again. Owner is great with communication.

Fantastic Home!

Comfortable, quiet, relaxing. This place was just right for our family of 6. House has everything you might need and It was close to everything. We enjoyed sitting outside on this great deck at night! Host was so helpful and responded quickly to all of my questions! We would absolutely stay here again!

Felt like home!

My family of 7 recently stayed at this property and every amenity you could think of was provided. The house was spacious with lots of room for our family and very clean. The location was peaceful and only a few minutes from the London Bridge and beautiful havasu lake. We will definitely be staying again next time we head down to havasu.
