Hang Ten Vista is a pet friendly studio apartment with a queen bed that sleeps 3 comfortably (or a 4th child). This bright open floor plan suite has a fully equipped kitchen with all amenities you would need! There is beautiful hardwood throughout the living area and down the hall is a nice size bathroom with a bath tub perfect for after along hike or a day of surfing. The living room couch pulls out to sleep an additional adult or 2 small children (double size). Come home and relax in front of the fireplace after a stormy beach walk and enjoy the breathtaking views or take a short walk to the downtown center where there are many trendy restaurant options!

Each Fred Tibbs suite has its own unique character, and all suites offer full kitchens, cozy propane fireplaces, full bathrooms and balconies with beautiful views.
There is a grassy area outside with stone picnic tables perfect for tide watching and enjoying your baked goods from Savary Island Pies or local fish tacos! Fred Tibb's is conveniently located in-town, walking distance to restaurants, shopping and ample tours if you are up for an adventure.


Fred Tibbs was named after an eccentric pioneer who arrived from Britain in 1905. He purchased an island off the shore of Tofino and called it 'Dream Island' and as popular local folklore goes he was known to play his clarinet at the top of a lone Spruce Tree on his island.

During peak summer season (June 15 - Sept 15), 3 night minimum and all bookings must be back-to-back to avoid gaps.

Accidental Damage Protection: The occasional accident is bound to happen during your holiday. The ADP covers accidental damages of up to $1000, provided damages are reported to Tofino Vacation Rentals before your check-out in writing. The ADP is a mandatory fee of $10 per night that is included in your nightly rate.

Cancellation Policy: We offer a 30 day cancellation policy from September through June and a 60 day policy from July through August. If you provide us with the 30 or 60 days required notice you will receive a full refund (minus a $73.50 non-refundable processing fee). If you cancel without the required days notice you will not receive a refund for your reservation.
