This is in the centre of a big city, with a diverse neighborhood: you may encounter various social groups, INCLUDING THOSE EXPERIENCING HOMELESSNESS
City sounds are part of the experience due to the building’s age and central location
If you’re SENSITIVE TO AROMAS, please note this may not be the ideal space for you: it is set in a historic building, and no refunds may be provided if the smell does not suit you.

1 sleeper sofa for extra guests and 1 floor mattress provided
Sleeps 6 adults and 2 children comfortably (max occupancy: 8 guests)
Extra beds available on requestease let us know in advance if there will be more than 4 guests staying at the apartment so we can provide additional beds and linen. Note that the maximum occupancy limit is 6 guests.

No smoking, parties, or excessive noise (violations incur a $500 fine + cleaning/damage costs)
No illegal activity, including firearms or unauthorized commercial photography
No unauthorized overnight guests beyond stated reservation
Surveillance in public areas; noise monitoring devices may be installed in-unit
Guests are liable for damages and must report them; $500 fine may apply for unreported damage or stained linens/towels
Booking confirms acceptance of house rules and may require signing a rental agreement

Mailboxes reserved for long-term tenants; consider using a local UPS store for deliveries

❗️❗️ This apartment is located right above a gym, and the music can get loud while group fitness classes are in sessions during early mornings. If you are a light sleeper, then we recommend you book one of our other units in the same building. Nonetheless, a great place to stay for a downtown getaway!
