Apartment located in one of Paris' most exclusive districts in Le marais. You'll feel safe and secure in the heart of this exceptional district.
This spacious, functional apartment has been completely refurbished! It's perfectly laid out to welcome you comfortably, whether you're staying with friends, family or on business.

Studio features with a double bed for 2, a bathroom with shower and toilet, storage space, a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, and a lounge area with a convertible sofa for 2 people and a smart TV.

As you enter the apartment, you'll find :

- a fully equipped kitchen (hob, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, cooking utensils, pots and pans...),
- a sitting area with TV and double convertible sofa bed,
- a double bed for two people (140 by 200),
- a storage space,
- a bathroom with shower and toilet, very comfortable and fully equipped (hairdryer, soap, shampoo, towels...),
- a washing machine, clothesline, iron and ironing board.

Unlimited access to high-speed Wi-Fi Internet.
Sheets, blankets, pillows and towels are provided for the duration of your stay.

Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in time begins at 2:00 PM. until 10:00 PM. Subject to availability, we can welcome you from 10:00 PM to midnight and a supplement of 20€ will be asked. After midnight, the check in can only be possible the next day from 9:30 AM.
Check-out time is 10:00 AM at the latest. For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior, with any applicable fees clearly communicated.
A concierge service will send you the details of an agent who will give you the keys to my apartment. He will answer your questions about the apartment and how it works, as well as about the neighborhood.

Deposit Requirement:
Deposit: A €150 deposit is required to access the property, payable online ONLY by credit card via SWIKLY. Refunds are processed from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.

Additional Charges:
Unauthorized Late Check-Out: €90.
Cigarette Smell Post-Stay: €450.
Extra Key Service: Reserved for stays of 15 days or more.
Lost Keys: Fees range from €100 to €500, depending on the type of key.

Responsibilities and Guidelines:
Key Handling: Do not leave keys on the door or inside.
Noise Levels: Respect the peace and quiet of neighbors; loud noises may result in deposit deductions.
Construction Awareness: Be mindful of ongoing construction inside the building, for which we cannot assume responsibility.

Internet Access:
Usage: Avoid unauthorized online activities; we are not responsible for connection malfunctions.

Special Bookings and Events:
Pre-Approval: Required for unique services or events.
Age Requirement: Minimum age to make a reservation is 21 years. Individuals under 21 may stay only in the presence of an adult meeting the required age. Non-compliance will result in refusal of stay with no refund accepted.
