Gorgeous tropical views!!! PENTHOUSE UNIT!!!

Spend your vacation in comfort and style at Long Beach Resort. Located on the 14th floor of Tower 2, this condo has so much to offer. This tastefully decorated 750 sq ft condo is just the place for you to get away and relax. The spacious balcony is your own private beachside oasis where you can enjoy your morning coffee, or end the day with a nice glass of chardonnay.

Access the balcony from your bedroom or living room. Both rooms have floor to ceiling windows for fabulous views of the Gulf. Newly installed tile throughout!!

The condo features a king size bed in the bedroom, while the living room has a queen sleeper sofa. Perfect for families!! Recently remodeled bathroom, with new cabinets! The bathroom features a large marble garden tub/shower combination and a separate dressing area with double marble vanities so everyone has plenty of room to get ready for the beach or an evening out.

We know you don't come to the beach to cook, but should you choose to dine in, the kitchen has been recently renovated and is absolutely stunning! The kitchen is well equipped with all new appliances!

Long Beach Resort sits directly on the Gulf of Mexico's sugar white sandy beaches. The resort features 2 Polynesian pools (seasonally heated), 3 Jacuzzi spas, and a 6800 square foot lagoon pool complete with palm tree islands, waterfalls & lush tropical landscaping and a seasonal poolside bar and grill.

Long Beach Resort has security 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Parking is directly in front of your building -- not across the street --not in a high-rise tight-spaced parking garage! Beach Service offers rentals for chairs and umbrellas, jet skis, para-sailing, etc., weather permitting.

Super-Wal-Mart, restaurants, shopping, and Ripley's Believe It or Not are within walking distance. Golf, mini-golf, Shipwreck Waterpark, Pier Park outdoor mall, and theaters, are just a short drive away. This condo provides free wifi access as well.

This a NON-SMOKING Condo, PETS are NOT allowed, and RENTER must be 25 years of age or older.

EXCELLENT

This unit is fantastic. We had no issues with anything. The ad is accurate and response time was immediate. This beautiful Penthouse on the top floor has vaulted ceilings and amazing views. Beaxh and pool access are available at every turn and the buildings at Long Beach Resort are so centrally located we only used our car when we wanted to. The staff is great and the entire facility is very well kept. We will be back to this location soon!

Relaxing

The size was perfect just enough. Elevators were fast to 14th floor. Pool was a lot of fun except for DJ on Sunday at main pool/grill. Too loud had to shout to have a conversation. Condo has basic minimum kitchen dishes for 4. No blanket. Just comforter on bed . One pillow for pullout couch. Towels were overdue for new. No bath mat. Walmart across street we bought blanket, towels and bath mat. Buildings are old and in need of a refresh. Kim was easy to work with. Air conditioning kept shutting down for a few hours it could not keep up with heat in August of this year. View at lower floor would be same. Pool does have Wi-Fi.

The condo has amazing views from living room and bedroom. The balcony was our favorite place to enjoy the views. The chairs were perfect overlooking the spacious balcony. Would definitely stay there again! Only thing I would change if I could would rather have a walk in shower instead of the jet tub.

Location and view are perfect!

Perfect location and view. Elevators were NOT slow at all which was very nice since we were on the 14th floor. Ricardo at the poolside bar was very friendly and we enjoyed the convenience of that amenity. Tried the fried fish basket and it was very good. Suggestions: Toilet paper and paper towel rolls were not full when we arrived and we ran out of toilet paper at 4:00am on the morning of our departure, which was a challenge. Also, I didn’t mind that the jets in the tub weren’t functional but there was black mildew around the jets and the built in soap dish in the tub/shower hadn’t been cleaned and had old soap dried and built up on it and I had to clean that before I could use the soap dish. I would have cleaned the mildew from around the jets but I didn’t have an old toothbrush with me to spare. Overall, very good vacation and I would come again. Thank you

Anniversary

The renovations in this condo were ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. The dinginess in the tub and it’s jets not working was a disappointment. The linens and at least one pillow case had stains. Once I reported the uncleanliness of the bedding and how dirty the tub looked Kim’s Condo’s immediately sent over her cleaning staff to wash the bedding and to try re-clean the tub. We returned to clean bedding but the tub (even though it had been cleaned) still looked dirty. We would DEFINITELY stay there again due to the promptness of the cleaning staff and in hopes of the tub being renovated to match the beautiful décor that the rest of the condo offered!!!

GREAT LOCATION AND PALCE TO STAY

Property was excellent , We were on 14th floor , no problem with wait time as some other places reviews mentioned long waits for elevator . not an issue here. Only thing that caught my wife off guard was the cleanliness of the unit when we arrived was at the very least lax . dishes still dirty ,dirt and debris multiple places. cleaning service looked to only have changed be and drop off towels. .After a little work on our part though, the place was very nice to stay ,

Great couples getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Great location, accurate description, a nice comfy place overall. Kitchen had just what we needed for cooking. We loved the Adirondack chairs on the balcony. Bed was comfy and they have usb plugs attached to the nightstands so you don’t have to unplug lights or clocks to charge your devices which was a super nice touch. Beach is spacious as there is more beach area per unit as opposed to the other surrounding resorts so, crowding isn’t an issue. I only have two small complaints; there were only two hangers in the closet and the tub/jets could use a better clean. That being said, we will definitely stay here again!

Great condo and facility!

Very good experience. Only a couple things to mention. Our unit HVAC was controlled the owner which was detrimental in our thinking. Most is the days we would not have needed the AC but it was programmed to run and we couldn’t change it so we were cold. I think with the rental fee we should have access to our condo temps. Second, we have never stayed in a unit anywhere that doesn’t provide instructions on using the TV. As we all know televisions and cable boxes do not operate the same. Fortunately, Kim’s Condos sent someone over to show us how to use it. Otherwise, the unit was beautifully redone and the balcony is very large. The entire Long Beach facility was above average!! Thanks for a great stay!
