Property is beautiful. Well kept. Great location. Easy to get to. Neighborhood was great- right near a Publix and plenty of restaurants around. Easy to work with property manager. Had a mid week cleaning spot check and pool cleaning while there. Needs a few board games, library book nook, and some deck of cards, added for shared use. Kitchen could use a spatula or two. We are big home cooks, not as well stocked of a kitchen that I was hoping for but made it work. Already planning a return trip.

Awesome Stay, perfect house, great location

The owner paid close attention to every detail at this tremendous vacation home. From the well appointed kitchen to the comfortable beds to the classy screen lanai this home has it all. It is also within easy walking distance to Cape Harbor, a great family friendly area that shouldn’t be missed. Can’t wait to go back. Great Stay

Great home to spend a vacation at. Location is great. Quick walk to the French Press coffee, Fathoms & Rumrunners. Pool was great to soak in and the patio seating & bbq area were great. We also enjoyed eating and playing games under the lit tiki hut in the evening. Kitchen was well stocked with all the basics (pots, pans, glasses, plates, silverware, etc.) and very nice appliances to work with. Nice to have the extra beverage fridges (kitchen and bbq area). The bedrooms were very spacious and clean. Our family also loved opening the sliders making the outdoor living area part of the rest of the home. Few things to note from our stay, but not deal breakers, and I may have missed these specifics in the listing. Just a bit frustrating as we were there 10days. Only provided initial trash bags. (1 trash & 1 recycle) Only 4 Laundry tabs. When you are asked to wash all bedding and towels at checking out it would be nice to have a little more Only 4 dishwasher tabs No spices supplied. Tanning area for lounge chairs is very small. Room for 2 people in full sun and 2 others with a little sun depending on the time of day. A pillow option in each room would be a + House has cameras (in the home & pool area) With that said we would certainly stay here again for a family getaway. Communication with the management company was great. We had a couple questions and they responded right away. Thanks for sharing your beautiful property.

Great house

We had a wonderful time, the house is meant to relax fully. Great inside and outside, very functional. They had chairs for the beach which was good. - Closest beaches were Sanibel Island and Ft.Mayers beach, 45min away - Pine island with good trails about 30mins away - We walked to the marina, only 15min away on foot - We walked to Publix, only 30min away on foot - The pool is not super big but good for hanging out around it or in it - Nice surprise: cooled garage! That made a big difference, especially in July - Nice decor everywhere really - Very fast responses from property manager when needed Overall, great place to relax, highly recommend.

This house is beautiful, super clean, and in a great neighborhood. It is literally right down the street from the Marina with restaurants, fishing, guided fishing tours, etc and down the street from the grocery store. We really enjoyed our stay!

Just spent 2 weeks in this home with family and the house had to be one of the nicest we have rented in Florida we have been renting several years. The only problem was a beach was a long drive but the pool was great to have.

Spring Break 2022

The Reflection was an amazing property and our family of 5 (3 adults and 2 kids) loved everything about it! The house is beautiful and sparkling clean. We enjoyed swimming in and lounging by the pool every day, playing games under the tiki hut, walking for coffee at Cape Harbour, and making meals and snacks in the beautiful kitchen. We appreciated the pool toys and beach chairs that were available. Location is great and we felt safe at all times. We would highly recommend and hope to be back sometime. Thank you for everything!

The property is truly amazing and exceeded our expectations. An extra bonus is its proximity to the Yacht Club….a park like compound with cute shops and great restaurants. Lovely large home with heated pool

Our family of 8 stayed at the home after Christmas for 10 days. We found the location to be fairly easy to get to many destinations and beaches. The home was nicely furnished with comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen. The pool and lanai were a great place to hang out and dine when the weather was warm enough. The home was roomy enough to give 3 generations lots of privacy. I would recommend having some plastic ware for the pool area. If we are in the area we would be very happy to stay there again.

Beautiful house, clean and new appearance. Website shows the house accomadates 8, what it dosent say is that the prices reflected are for 6 and any more than that you are charged an extra fee per day for the other 1 or 2 people. All in all, we'd come again, it was a great experiance.

Best rental house ever !

We can only say wow !! This house is the best we ever rented all times ! Its a beautiful house in the best location with walking distance to nice restaurants in Cape Harbor, the lovely marina ! Also close to food stores and only minutes by car from the beach in Cape Coral ! The house is decorated with beautiful furniture everything is immaculate ! The bedrooms and beds and linens are super comfortable and the bathrooms so nice with new soft towels. Kitchen is fully equipped, couldn’t ask for anything more, we lived it soo much ! Its in a quiet neighborhood with lovely people. The backyard is amazing with the big pool and great lounge furniture and outside kitchen ! We loved this house and will come back ! Manager is super nice and helpful ! Thanks !
