Welcome to Escape by KLMJ Sunshine! This is a completely renovated 3-bedroom condo in the beautiful gated community of Windsor Hills, just two miles from Disney. Enjoy the massive heated pool, brand new water park, large playground, tennis and basketball courts, mini-golf, arcade, movie theatre, fitness center, and restaurant.

Minutes away from restaurants, entertainment, retail, groceries, Costco, hospital, and everything you could ever need.

Enjoy the sunshine in style all year long!

***Please note that the Windsor Hills Resort main pool will be undergoing resurfacing from Sep 5 - Oct 5, 2024. During this time the water park will be open and the intent is to keep the hot tub and lounge areas open.***

Your home away from home is totally renovated: Granite in the kitchen & baths, stainless appliances, new flooring, fresh paint, and professionally designed; you'll love that the kitchen wall has been removed, creating a huge counter space that doubles as a bar-height eating area. Your condo is in one of two buildings closest to the pool & waterpark (building 7) and your balcony faces away from all the noise for a quiet, relaxing evening.

Parking is free on the resort. Guests may park one vehicle directly at the condo entrance and other vehicles may be parked for free in the additional parking lot (close by and free). Larger vehicles like RVs or vehicles with trailers must be parked in the additional lot.

Access to the front door is by key code, which is provided a couple days before check-in.

We have professional property managers available if any concerns arise.

Located in the beautiful gated resort of Windsor Hills (just 2 miles from Disney). Centrally located and close to shopping, grocery, golf, tons of attractions, etc.

Incredible resort pool and waterpark (free access included).

Guests are required to read and sign a rental agreement. The resort is a gated community and security requires guests to be registered ahead of time. Information like guest names and ages will be required, in addition to the primary booking person's address.

The condo is professionally managed and cleaned. Guests will have access to a property manager during business hours (and at all times in cases of property emergencies).

Home away from home.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible condo rental, and it truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment we stepped inside, we were blown away by the spacious rooms and the impeccable cleanliness throughout the entire home. The resort amenities were top-notch, offering a perfect blend of relaxation and entertainment for our entire family. One of the highlights for me was the proximity to the shopping center, with Walmart conveniently close by for any necessities. And let's not forget the unbeatable location! Being just a few minutes away from Disney World meant that we could easily pop back to the condo for a quick break before diving back into the magic of the parks. What truly made our stay exceptional, though, was the outstanding hospitality provided by hosts Brandon & Christina. They were always available to assist with any questions or needs we had, making our stay completely stress-free. Staying here felt like a home away from home, and I can't wait to return. Wonderful stay

Great condo in a great location

We enjoyed our stay here in Florida. First time staying in a condo and it was a great location located walking distance to the clubhouse. We had everything we needed for our vacation in the condo. We mostly ate out or had food delivered with many restaurants to choose from in the area—Walmart was also really close to resort. Rooms were nice and comfy with air conditioning. The owners were very easy to communicate with and answered any questions we had from the time we booked and throughout our stay. Any issues that came up were quickly dealt with and I also appreciated the starter pack of items. Thank you for a great stay!

Amazing stay

We had a great 11 day stay in this condo. It felt like our second home. It was extremely well kept, clean and renovated and had everything we needed. There was even a starter kit to help us for first couple of days until we got organized. I had a very small issue with the garbage and when I called the management team, I was astounded by the helpful and quick response. The location was great, close to all the things we wanted to do and the clubhouse and pool were a perfect way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. I was also truly amazed in the care that Brandon and Christina took to answer any questions beforehand and to prepare us a welcome package that really answered any questions we had throughout the trip from rules/regulations to where closest supermarkets were located. Great hosts/Great stay! I will recommend anytime.

Great, fun and clean place to stay near Disney.

My family of 6 stayed in the 3 bedroom/2 bath condo. We loved everything about it! It was very spacious, tidy and clean. We liked having a washer and dryer. Everything was there that we needed. We loved the swimming pool, water slides and jacuzzi. My son and husband used the gym and it had everything they needed. We ordered food from the cafe and it was very good. Great experience and we plan on staying there again one day!

Wonderful Vacay!

The best communication and information I have been given prior to a trip. Every question was already answered if you just read what you are given. Condo was clean and well kept. Loved the location to both universal and Disney parks. Pool days were a nice break, and the grill made lunch and lounging by the pool for hours easy. If you want an easy trip, great communication, and a ton more room than a hotel room rent this condo!!

☆☆☆AMAZING☆☆☆

As soon as we arrived to our condo we were simply blown away! Our location was perfect as far as traveling to and from Disney! We also were right around the corner from everything we needed. The codo was very cozy and beautiful. The pool area was breathtaking, our kids didn't want to leave the pool at all, the sunset in this area were also amazing. Needless to say, I can just go on and on about this place! We love it so much we are thinking about buying a home, condo or villa here! Enough said! 😍🥰

Super rental experience!

Property was clean and as advertised. Great communication from the property manager. Check-in process was very smooth and security was way better than at other neighborhoods we’ve rented in. Pool, slides and splash pad were super fun! Overall an excellent stay for our family of 5. We will be back!

2023 Disney Trip

Windsor was a great place for my family and I to stay because of the amenities- splash pad for kids and a big pool for everyone to enjoy. I know it’s not the property’s fault that guest throw their trash all over the parking area but I didn’t see maintenance cleaning up near 7664 Conrow St. My family and I picked up some trays but obviously couldn’t go around picking up the rest. Over all the place is great for families with little ones to enjoy

A wonderful stay for our family

Everything in our condo was well prepared for our family of five. Very clean, equipped with the essentials and with many personal touches for decor to make it feel like home away from home. It was a very family friendly venue and very quiet at night and in the early mornings. We loved the convenient parking in front of our unit and activities a short walk away. Amazing location and easy access

Location is perfect for a Disney trip. So close you can take breaks from Disney and still make it back in refreshed. Condo has high ceilings which makes for a large open feel, large table and kitchen island for eating and the water park very close to the unit to cool off. We are already planning out next visit.
