They thought of everything

The rental was very clean and quiet. All accomodations were considered even down to cookware and feminine products. Me and my family enjoyed our stay. It iw also very close to typical attractions in the area.

Brief Getaway

The property was as listed. It was clean with the minor exception of the dust and hair left behind from prior guest in the master bathroom. The amenities in the apartment for our use were more than generous. I did however encounter a possible security issue in the pool area where none tenants/approved guests were on the premises. Although, access to the property was supposed to be secured, the pool area was open and they had accessed the pool freely.

Great property

This is a cute condo in the heart of St. Louis. It is very clean and very modern. Michelle is a great hostess and went out of her way to make us feel at home. We were only able to stay one night due to unforeseen circumstances but Michelle was awesome to work with the entire time and helped us with everything that we needed. She gives very detailed instructions of how to check into the property. They were confusing to us but only because we did not read them fully like we should. So, helpful hint, she explains everything very well, you just need to read it all :).

Great Stay!

The only complaint was we needed more lighting in the master bedroom bathroom. Only 1 light was working in the vanity light above mirror and only 1 light was in the one by the shower. Check out process was super easy. Little confusing about the front and back of the building. When we got there it was hard to find the lock box. We entered the gate because it was already open, so it was hard to find the box. overall very clean! we loved the time we spent there!

Beautiful Stay

This place was adorable and just as pictured. Everything was well stocked. We had forgotten a. Toothbrush too and there were extras available. They had plenty of coffee too which was glorious! It was an easy Ride to everything we needed to get to. We felt safe too with how you get in the building requires fab entry all the way to your door. Thank you for hosting us!

Well-appointed loft

The loft is well-stocked with everything you need, including kitchenware, linens, paper products, toiletries and even snacks. It is extremely clean and comfy, and the property manager quickly responded to any questions we had. We're familiar with St. Louis, so we understood that the property wasn't in the most walkable of areas, but we felt safe on the property and appreciated the gated parking lot. The pool was a plus for our kids, but it is relatively small, so if some of the 20-something tenants have decided to set up there for the day, it might not be the most family-friendly experience.

This unit was just perfect for our needs as we were just a couple of miles from everything we needed. The property manager responded quickly to questions. Very appreciative of the secure parking since downtown St. Louis is not what I remember of 30 years ago.

Fantastic stay!

Everything exceeded our expectations with this trip and condo. Pre-checkin communications were very timely. The owner was very responsive and provided great details for us for check-in and during our stay. The building and unit itself is very secure, but we found we needed to Uber everywhere to feel safe. Got to the enjoy the pool, and there was plenty of room for 5 of us to enjoy a long weekend!

Great place

Michelle Was great to work with. Easy check in and they had a bunch of little things to make you feel welcome, like Snacks and bathroom accessories. It was a little bit of a walk to bush stadium. However if you are going to see the blues or new soccer stadium the walk is pretty close. Union station is not to far. It has been several years since we have been there and it was a pleasant surprise of all of the new improvements they did.

Great stay with free gated parking near City Museum.

The loft space was clean, nicely decorated and included free gated parking. We were told the area is not safe for walking at night but was half mile from City Museum. Only disappointment was the stale smoke smell in the lobby and the lack of stores or eateries within walking distance. The rental process was very easy with no issues at all.

This apartment is close to all the action! If you go alone or with your family you'll definitely be close to everything. We went for City museum, union Station, and the arch and they were all within 10min.

Comfortable loft for family or adult getaway

Excellent communication/responsiveness. We needed garbage bags and they were brought within 20 minutes. The unit was extremely clean with all amenities provided, including extra complimentary toiletries and snacks (air fryer, coffee maker, Keurig maker). Stocked kitchen for all cooking needs/wants. Plenty of space to move around. Lots of storage/closet space, great for longer stays. Gated parking provided extra security/comfort. Only drawbacks were elevator/common areas smelled strongly of marijuana and the immediate neighborhood isn't somewhere we felt safe walking around-tho it is nearby to more walking-friendly areas. We would definitely recommend to others and would certainly go back!

Spring Break Fun

We were happy to find this great place. The location is near everything we wanted to see and do. Everything was comfy when we got back each evening. It is a modern loft style property. Our son loved having his own room with a TV. Parking on the street is well lit and safe. Any amenity we needed like towels, shower supplies, bedding and snacks were plentiful. We would definitely come back.

The property owners were amazing and very accommodating with extra things throughout the unit. The only negative is that as a vrbo renter you cannot park in the locked parking lot which ked to our catalytic converter being cut on the second night of our stay. This is not the property owners fault However a huge risk for a renter.

Nicely furnished and comfortable

Our family had a fun week in St. Louis! This apartment was furnished well. We appreciated all the paper products and extras (snacks, K-cups, q-tips, Lysol wipes, detergents, etc.) The owners were kind and quick to respond to our questions and needs. There was plenty of room for my husband, myself, and our 7 and 2 year old. We had asked if the pool was open and it just recently was reopened so our kids were thrilled to get to swim! It’s not a huge pool, but goes to 5 or 6 feet in the middle, and our kids loved it. We were close enough to be able to drive to everything downtown in about 5 minutes. There are many restaurants just a couple of blocks over and we felt very welcome at St. Nicholas Catholic Church which is a block or 2 away. There were many friendly full-time residents in the building! We enjoyed visiting with many of them at the pool. However the pool atmosphere wasn’t always PG. Quite a few ladies swim in thongs, and there was a birthday party on a Sunday afternoon for a 33 year old that involved lots of drinking, pot, and some topless friends. My husband and son were walking up the steps to the pool and thankfully he blocked the line of sight so our son didn’t see as much, but it was inappropriate for children. We didn’t get to swim that day. The pool overall wasn’t very clean…lots of dead bugs in the water and trash was left on the pool deck daily. Parking is on the street, and full-time residents have gated parking. You have to scan in the gate, the front door, and the elevator. There are quite a few steps to get to the front door, then inside to the elevator. There is a ramp but it’s a longer walk to use it. I was nervous about navigating the steps with our toddler, but she did well on them and it wasn’t a big deal after all. The street is quiet, the 2 buildings across from the unit are abandoned. We felt pretty safe, but there was a fist fight in the street amongst teenagers our last night there. My husband parked our van and a teen ran up on him in the street. The kid was tripping out, but my husband (who’s a first responder and former law enforcement) got a little forceful with him and he ran away. We later heard yelling and saw fighting below. We would come back to stay as a couple, not sure if we would let our kids stay here again, as it is more suited for adults. But we enjoyed visiting the city (zoo, Cardinals, arch, aquarium, gardens, City Museum, Ferris Wheel) and were grateful to be so close to it all!

Property was clean and as shown on the listing

I picked this property because I was travelling with my wife and kids (9 and 12), we wanted to be close to downtown, have access to a semi-private pool and have enough space to sleep everyone in beds. For those items it did not disappoint, however, the surrounding neighborhood was a bit more rugged than expected. With no access to the gated parking lot for the property (reserved for owners only) I was a little worried parking my car on the street right in front of an abandoned building. But the rest of the stay was great, we had quick responses from the host, the check in process was well communicated and we felt safe and secure inside the property with multiple access points requiring the supplied key fob to gain access. All in all it was a good experience and I would recommend this property to friends/colleagues in the future. Thank you for hosting!

Perfect Downtown Loft

This is the perfect spot for a fun and edgy downtown loft. It was very clean and the hosts made sure we had more than we needed. The windows were my favorite and you could even see the carousel at Union Station lit up at night from the living room and kitchen. The pool was clean and the residents were friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Exploring St Louis

A friend and I wanted to take our kids to explore the city of St. Louis. All the attractions we were hoping to see were within walking distance of the apartment. The apartment was clean and welcoming. So many little accommodations were thought of by the owners that made our stay do comfortable and relaxing. We’d definitely stay stay here again.
