Soak in the sun and unwind at this stunning condo in the heart of South Kihei.

Located on the bottom floor in the first building and only steps away from the pool. We are a short walking distance from the famous Charley Young Beach, and close to fantastic restaurants, shopping, snorkeling, swimming, golfing and many more Maui fun.

We provide free Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, large clean stand in shower, California King bed, air conditioning throughout and also in bedroom, sofa, beach gear (chairs, umbrella & towel) and many more things to make your trip fantastic and memorable.

We'd love to invite you to enjoy our home away from home and enjoy all the island of Maui has to offer.

Best Maui Vista Condo!
We've stayed at multiple units in the Maui Vista complex and this one is hands down the best one! The location is on the ground floor and incredibly close to the parking lot and pool. The unit was clean, spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. I always judge a place's cleanliness by the bathroom, and the bathroom was very clean. Both the living room and bedroom have AC which was very useful during warm nights. The entire condo has been renovated and updated with the latest appliances. I can't say enough good things about this unit! 10/10 recommend.

Great headquarters for being on island time
Clean, high standard, quiet and has the all the necassary ameneities. The apartment had the perfect location to enjoy what we found to be our favorite place on Maui. Morning walks and a swim on Charley Young Beach is right across the road, and the perfect beginner surf breaks just a few minutes of walking away. Many great places to eat within walking distance. Kihei has a chill atmosphere. Thank you

Kihei Condo perfect for couple.
My wife and I stayed for 10 nights and enjoyed the location, cleanliness and upgraded amenities in this condo. It is walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, beaches and groceries. The check-in process was a breeze. The condo was well stocked and we really appreciated the air fryer, as it was easy to prepare meals for the two of us. An ottoman or coffee table would have been a welcome addition.

Perfect Location
This is our 4th time staying in the Maui Vista condos and hands down this was our favourite condo. A big plus with this condo was the keyless entry. We are very picky people and hard to please. We had a few requests for the owner and she more than met our expectations! Stay here!!!!

Great, central location, updated unit!
We have always loved our stays at the Maui Vista and this unit was no exception. It was centrally located in Kihei, near amazing beaches and easy to walk to restaurants and ABC store! The unit has been beautifully updated with all the basic amenities you need, even shampoo! We were able to communicate with the property owner about any issues and she was very amicable and accomodating! We would recommend this unit to others who come to stay in the beautiful, and chill, Kihei area! Mahalo!

Perfect place perfect location
Wonderful hosts, easy to communicate with and a beautiful condo to stay in. Extremely well equipped to make anyone’s stay memorable. The complex is spotless, staff are friendly and there to assist if needed. BBQ area, tennis courts and pool are all steps away. When you want to check out what Kihei has to offer, you’re only a 10-15min walk away. We highly recommend the condo for your next Maui stay!

Better than Advertised
The place is fresh and clean with cabinetry and counter tops, tile and flooring clearly done recently. We loved the location literally 1 block to Charlie Young beach which is great we drove to a couple other beaches and parking is alway an issue, we put the beach chairs and umbrellas to full use. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you would need to cook a large meal. Most things you need are in walking distance, grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. As some have noted it faces S Kihei road so there can be some traffic noise outside. It rarely pervaded inside except on one Friday night and if you have the AC on you cannot hear any traffic. The bedroom has a king which is great and we never heard any noise in the back where the bedroom is. We never really have to contact the owner other than for the security code because everything was great We would definitely return.

Very help during a crazy time
My wife and I stayed at this property right as the wildfires started. We were out of harms way, but Allyse was very attentive and gave us the addresses for the emergency evacuation centers if we needed it. The iron was broken and she sent a new one over right away. I couldn’t ask for more. The location was great and right in the middle of Kihei. Beach is a quick 2 min walk. And it was very well kept.

We enjoyed our stay! The condo is clean and beautifully decorated. We appreciated the two AC units in the living room and bedroom. The Wifi is very weak, so if you are planning on working online for the condo, I would not recommend. Kihei is a great location to stay in when exploring the island of Maui!

We had a wonderful stay at this unit! It was clean and easy to access! we were golfing so we had clubs to carry in and out so it helped being on the ground floor. The unit was clean and well kept. Lots of beach supplies and the kitchen was very clean with all the dishes and cooking utensils that we needed. The room was air conditioned and during the month of July on Maui sooo helpful. The location was perfect for us, close to Wailea and just 10-15 minutes away from the golf courses, yet close enough to Azeka’s and other eateries and grocery stores. It was also walking distance to the beach. We had a great time!

Maui Dreams!
What a fantastic experience! We stayed in this same complex but in a different unit last year. Since it was just the two of us on this trip, a one bedroom was the perfect size for us. The condo was even nicer than what we expected from the pictures. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for an amazing trip. Everything ran so smoothly from the time we booked to the time we left so we didn't have much need to contact Allyse, but when we did reach out, she responded immediately. I noticed that some of the other reviews mentioned street noise. This unit is in the building that is closest to the street and we could hear traffic from the living room, but it wasn't bothersome. We could not hear any traffic from the bedroom. We liked being in this building because it was a very short walk to the beach. It was convenient to walk over early in morning to snorkel then go back to the condo to clean up, get lunch then head back to the beach in the afternoon. We're looking forward to staying in this same unit again someday. Thank you Allyse for sharing your beautiful space!

Great condo!
This Maui condo absolutely rocks! Perfectly situated in the middle of everything - top-notch restaurants, cool local shops, and the beach just a brisk walk away. Talk about location! The interior design is straight out of a magazine, modern yet cozy, exactly as the listing pictures showed. It has everything you need for a perfect stay. Beautiful modern condo
The unit is exactly as is shown in the pictures. The cleaners do amazing job! The place was absolutely spotless, even in places most guests never would check (but I do). Great location, steps to the beach. I saw a previous review about the street noise, yes, there is noise, but common sense would dictate that when the unit faces one of the main roads, there will be noise. It wasn’t an issue for us at all. I would highly recommend this unit and the host was excellent to communicate with.

Beautiful condo, horrible street noise
This is a well maintained and beautifully updated condo. Proximity to the beach and local amenities is great. Owners were great. Very responsive in replacing a broken beach chair. However, the street noise makes sitting on the lanai unbearable. It’s so loud it even disturbs you inside the condo with the AC running.

Beautiful Modern Condo
We loved this condo,it was in the perfect area for us .We liked the close access to parking and floor level was so convenient to go out to the beach .The condo lanai is very private as it is at the end of building where people don’t walk by.No complaints from us:)
