Newly renovated house across from the beach, center of town

Welcome to "Coral Keet" a fun and new rental 1 block from the beach in the desirable shore town of Margate. Park your car and walk everywhere. Near all the shops, restaurants and beach. Enjoy designer finishes, custom kitchen, outdoor deck and that fresh ocean breeze.

*Please note parking in any shore town in the summer can be difficult. 1 Parking spot is provided in the rear of the building for 15 minute loading/unloading. There is an easement/shared driveway with the neighbor and can not be blocked. Off street parking is available on Atlantic ave or the side streets.

6 Beach Chairs, 2 Umbrellas, 6 Beach Towels and 6 Beach tags are included with the rental. One set of linens is provided for your convenience. Please return them all for the next guest. Please treat the property with respect, no parties, no pets, no smoking.

Perfect location!

The property was extremely clean and the host was very accommodating. The location was perfect, we were across the street from the beach and walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops. Would definitely recommend!

Summer vacation

Great house, great location. Everything we needed (towels, bedding, beach stuff, kitchenware, etc) was provided. My only suggestion (definitely not a complaint) is to better communicate just how much is included with the house. Being used to a typical weekly, shore rental, we brought almost everything that you provided.

Beautiful Updated Home

We really enjoyed this shore house. Its perfectly located. So close to the beach. The parking was not a big issue at all. If we couldn't walk, we took an uber. Love the decor. The renovation was down very professionally. Thank you for the relaxing beach getaway!!

We stayed at this house as 2 families with young kids. The house is perfectly situated steps from the beach and the provision of chairs and beach badges was really convenient. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Great place - great location!

This was such a gem of a find! We have been coming to Margate for years and this is one of our favorite places we have stayed. The location is great; close to the beach and can walk to everything. The house itself is clean, updated and had great personal touches (beach chairs/tags, puzzles, games). We can't wait to return next year!

Perfect Beach Property

We couldn’t imagine a more perfect location for our family vacation to Margate — a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The property was spotless, well-stocked, and had all of the comforts of home. We look forward to booking this property again next year.

Great house

We loved our stay here. The house is completely renovated. Great A/C. Stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds. Plenty of towels. Beach chairs, towels, cart. Perfect location on Atlantic Avenue - half a block from the beach and a block from Casels. Parking wasn't too much of an issue for us. We had trouble one day finding a spot, but otherwise it was fine. Make sure you bring shampoo/conditioner and a hair dryer - they weren't provided.

So close to perfect

The house was beautifully decorated and spotless. It is a great location in the center of town. I would highly recommend. Our only issue was that the listing advertised a parking space that doesn't exist. I reached out and was told to "just park on the street." That is no easy feat on a summer weekend down the shore. I know the area very well, and wouldn't have booked something so central without guaranteed parking. So on top of the house fees, we had to pay for Ubers multiple times. I am glad to see the listing has now been changed.
