Newly remodeled. Some new, some old. Recently updated to accommodate 10-12 people comfortably. If family, can accommodate more. Come stay in a spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home in the heart of York! Located right on the water minutes from York and Ogunquit, Cape Neddick Golf Club(open to the public), the Cliff House, StoneWall Kitchen, beaches, great hiking trails and more. Great water views will take your mind away from the daily hustle. Enjoy our deck for the sunrises and sunsets. New kitchen, living room, Master Bath, Bunk Room all bathrooms and Downstairs 3 Season Room. Recently furnished with new beds, furniture and linens for your comfort. 90th birthday celebration

The property is in a wonderful location on the water with a gorgeous view. Lots of big windows to see that spectacular view. Well stocked kitchen and we loved the fie pit! My family loved their stay!

Fantastic, quiet, soothing property close to everything

We spent a week here. I cannot say enough about the view! We felt secluded, even though we had neighbors. Waking up in the master with the waves on the cove, watching the waves from the kitchen table (great place to WFH if you have to) was fantastic. The house was great…only 3 of us. If you had a full house, it might be a bit cramped from a bathroom standpoint…but we had plenty of space…just us snd our daughter. Stocked kitchen, washer and dryer. Fire pit and wood provided…lovely. Very close drive to Ogunwuit, Kennebunkport. We drove to NH and the White mountains one day for leaf peeping. Would stay here again and n a heartbeat. Craig was incredibly responsive.

Beautiful stay for rest and relaxation

Went to Maine with 10 friends for a weekend of rest and relaxation. The house views and sounds of vitamin Sea were perfect. We made use of the modern updated kitchen for every meal. The bunk room was built with every detail in mind. Plugs by the top bunks were a great idea. Everything was updated, clean and ready for us upon arrival. Craig was a great host, extremely communicative, and helpful. Already looking to book it again!

Family Vacation

Awesome property and amazing house.... location was perfect. You got a great experience whether the tide was coming in or going out. Kids loved the tide pools and the guys enjoyed fly fishing from the rocks. Outside porch area with dining table for 10 and additional seating was a bonus. Very comfortable living quarters with 4 separate bedrooms, 3 full baths, large kitchen/dining area and family room gave us plenty of space for our group of 7 which included 3 children. The washer and dryer was a convenient plus. One night a storm passed through and the generator come on without our intervention. We lost power but were never inconvenienced. Amazing. The rest of the time the weather was perfect. Local beaches were all very close by, sandy and clean. Craig was very communicative. Can't say enough how positive our experience was. Looking forward to next year already.

Amazing place and location

Had a really great time at this property on a family vacation. The house is beautiful, with many new updates and finishes. Incredible views and a really great location between Ogunquit and York and many beaches. Hosts were very responsive and ready to help. Highly recommended!

A beautiful house in an idyllic setting

We rented this home for 5 nights in August. The house is well represented by the listing photos. The house is very clean and very well maintained. Craig, the owner checked in several times by text to ensure our stay was going well. The setting is incredibly beautiful with the ocean lapping the boulders of the Maine coast. We will certainly remember this property for the future!

Serenity in York

This house is absolutely gorgeous and very comfortable. It has AC and is right on the water. The neighborhood is quite and peaceful. My son loved the tide pools right behind the house. Would have preferred the owner provide soaps and laundry detergent and some blackout shades but that didn't stop us from really enjoying the property.

Perfect Shore Property

The location feels isolated but is less than 30 minutes to Portsmouth. The view is magnificent. The interior is being redone to a very hight standard. We've enjoyed all our rentals over the past decade, but this is the first we'd like to go back to. And the owner was extremely responsive to the couple of questions that came up during the stay.

The Roxy is beautiful

We love this area of Maine, and having a rocky coastline with waves and stars and a place to relax reading by the water as well as fire pit songs in the evening made it even better than we imagined. And, it's close to Footbridge beach and Long Sands beach and Pier 77 among other favorite spots. The home is lovely and was among the cleanest I've ever chosen. The master bedroom and bath were exceptional-despite the only rainy days of the season, I was able to see two sunrises from the bedroom.

A quiet and spacious retreat with an ocean view

Had a great time visiting the property, the spacious house was just what my group of friends needed for a quiet getaway. Plenty of room to cook, hang out, and slept 9 of us in our own beds. The outdoor amenities were the best part— a nice fire pit was the foreground to plenty of bird watching and star gazing. Property manager was very responsive and attentive to our needs. Peaceful Seaside Getaway

It's August. Imagine sleeping with all the windows open and feeling perfectly cool while listening to the ocean. Making a cup of fresh roasted coffee that you picked up at Anthony's in the morning. Exploring tidal pools right in the backyard. This place is a dream. The main bedroom wins the blue ribbon. The others are spacious and accommodate many while having their own bathroom. The view from the main living area is amazing. This place is well equipped and clearly loved. Enjoy!

Perfect experience!

Everything about the property exceeded expectations!! The house and property are stunning and very conveniently located. The checkin process was easy and there are ample written explanations for anything you might need. Finally, Craig was a great host, very attentive and quick to respond with any questions. Beautiful, immaculate getaway in Cape Neddick

Home is beautiful - looks like it was recently remodeled and redecorated. Layout of space is great for groups - our group was 5 adult friends, and the multiple bedroom setups was perfect for our group. Would definitely rebook this place in a heartbeat for our next gathering.

Fabulous & Relaxing Getaway!

The house was more beautiful than the photos convey and the large open floor plan perfect for our large group of extended family members! Everything was clean and comfortable, and the bunk room was awesome for the kids. We spent as much time as we could outside taking in the views and playing at the water's edge. The host was super helpful and responsive to our many inquiries. We cant wait to return!
