Modern luxury, peaceful resort style outdoor living, that will take your stress away. Spacious open floor plan. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. Master suite and additional bedrooms are junior suites.1 King, 1 Queen, and 2 twin beds. Fully furnished! Gourmet kitchen with all the amenities, including Keurig, cookware, etc. Huge walk in shower in master bath. Massive 12' sliders that connect the living room to the expansive outdoor living space. Outdoor patio seating as well as outdoor dining table. Pool side loungers with umbrella also. Smart TV's in all bedrooms, living room, and outside! This is the place to relax, unwind and take a load off from your busy life. Welcome!

**Heated pool. Pool can be heated for a fee of $50 per day.
** Please be aware that it is difficult to fully heat the pool in the colder months or when the temperature drops at night. Heated with a heat pump that pulls heat from the air temperature.

Great Location!
Great home, love the three en suite bedrooms. Pool is gorgeous, but water feature stopped working and it adds to the ambiance so was disappointing. Kelly was very responsive. We plan to come back.

Relaxing Spring Break
I loved the AZ property! Loved the simplicity of the decor and the spacious rooms. The bathroom was amazing (loved the shower!) My favorite part was hanging out in the kitchen and living room and having a view of the pool area. The morning sun coming in each morning was wonderful. Love the neighborhood and area. Would gladly return!!

Very nice place, nice safe neighborhood we had wonderful time other than pool heat didn’t work but owner/manager was apologetic and compensated us well. We would stay here again.

Spring Training Oasis
Spacious and clean property. Perfect for a ladies retreat. We walked around the two ponds at the park every morning and went to ball games every afternoon. Groceries and amenities nearby. Look forward to staying again next year.

Just perfect
Really nice place. Big, comfortable, modern. The beautiful pool made us want to stay extra days! We'll definitely book again. Convenient to our friends in Goodyear with easy access to grocery, restaurants, etc. Want to check out hiking and more local activities next time.

Very nice home, great location. Lacking a few essentials to make it great. There is no live television, can only stream. Very frustrating if like sports or news. Also needs an outdoor grill for cooking. The pool remote was not functioning as well.

Lovely property with one exception
We enjoyed the property with one exception. I don’t think it’s fair to say that the pool is heated when it’s set so that the pool water temp matches the current air temp. If you’re there when the air temps are in the upper 60’s/lower 70’s as we were, the pool is far too cold to be useable. We booked this property specifically because it included a “heated” pool, expecting a pool temp in the 80’s. Other than that, it’s a lovely property and we enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful vacation house
Beautiful home in a peaceful neighborhood. The heated pool provided plenty of entertainment given our spring training plans were canceled. Easy check in process. No complaints whatsoever and would happily stay here again.

Second stay
Greetings fellow VRBO'rs! This is our 2nd stay at this property (1st - Thanksgiving wk 2021). So we have honed this stays review a bit. Hopefully with new, useful info! We basically booked our stays at the same time before seeing the property. Our 2nd stay, 2 weeks - Dec 2021/Jan2022. The home is very simple, uncluttered. Our Dec/Jan stay was considerably cooler than our Nov stay (Nov was average about 75 degrees), our Dec 2021/Jan 2022 stay was about 58 degrees. The saltwater pool was very comfortably warm for our Nov stay-(owner generously bumped up the heater just a bit for our comfort) it was perfect! Our Dec/Jan stay - the outside temp was just too cold at 58 degrees for a high. The owner reported that the ambient air temp was just too cool for the heater to warm further. For reference, water temp was about 62 degrees when we arrived, to about 78 by the end of our 2 wk stay. Having said this, the lovely thing about this pool is that it is a beautiful water feature too! There is a remote to control the waterfall effect & the lights. The pool is regularly maintained each week. The kitchen is easy to use & set up for a family of 4-6 with basics. It is not quite stocked for any major baking or cooking projects beyond a fry pan or sauce pot - but you're on vacation! Beyond preparing simple meals, there are many delicious options around & delivery was very good. We did purchase a multi-cooker & hand mixer (along w/ a few other things) gifting all to the house. Contact w/owner and/or backup manager was good if there were any issues. Note: people who suffer feather allergies should know the sofas are feather stuffed. I mention this because allergies can be serious & I had not mentioned in my previous review. Every bedroom has it's own full bath. 1 set of towels for each person is provided. There are spare pillow cases. There is a selection of pool towels by the back door & there is a full size w/d is available. Lastly, the home is all 1 level! Note: if you need physical assistance: toilets are all standard height & there are no bars. Carpet in all bedrms. Other than the master, the beds are a bit lower to the ground than standard. There is a slight step from the driveway and into front door. I can report NO bugs inside on either stay! (We saw outside extermination on our 2nd stay) Lots of nice walking areas. Tesla charger in garage. If you're into easy living in a really lovely, quiet desert neighborhood, this is the place for you!

AWESOME home
What a wonderful place to stay! Here are the highlights - Starting with the owner contact, excellent. Kelly was available, personable & helpful. There is a gate to enter the neighborhood - google may take you to the entry that doesn't have a keypad, but don't panic, the keypad entry is just a little further down! Home is all one level - one short step from drive way to front door. Garage is clear & available to use with remote! There are lots of pool floats & toys. Grandsons had a marvelous time playing w/most of them - but the handheld water canyons were the favorites by far. Heated salt water pool, with a remote for running the water falls and lights. There is lots of glorious room in this home - very sparingly decorated - which I really like - it feels and looks tidy. The kitchen has a to-die-for gas stove top - an electric oven off to the side w/micro on top of oven, both built in. HUGE pantry perfect for longer stays. Beautiful flat screens in the living room, master bedroom & outdoor patio! Central AC, w/ very easy to use thermostat. Lovely appliances that run VERY quietly. They have a very good water filter system. We had a very nice starter set of basic supplies (papertowels, tp, a little dishwasher soap and dish soap) - bring your shampoos, conditioners, shower soap with you. There are many grocery options nearby, including delivery of groceries & many prepared food! Nice quality w/d. They offer Roku TV- so bring your logins for your netflix, prime, hulu, other streaming account logins - no local channels - but lots of national & sports. There is a DVD player that we did not use. There are 3 bedrooms & 3 full bathrooms - Grandsons spent the night & were happy as clams in the room with 2 twins. The other guest room offers a queen bed. The master bedroom has a HUGE shower - you could park a small car in there! - one shower head that has super pressure and is lovely. There is a small step into & then down into the main shower area. The other two baths are tub/shower combos. There is just PLENTY of room for 6 people. The neighborhood is SUPER quiet and very, very beautiful. Honestly, this place is a HUGE slice of heaven & while I am there, I don't find much reason to leave. The neighborhood is very nice for walking. People are friendly. There were a lot of homes decorated with Christmas lights - which I love! About 45 minutes to/from sky harbor. We've already booked our next stay & keep this one on our favs lists!

Private paradise
Great property in gated golf course community. Walled yard and amazing pool made this an ideal location for a very laid-back week in the sun. When I contacted the owner for door code, I mentioned that our travel day had been very long and frustrating and that I was looking forward to a martini when we arrived. He said there were no martini glasses, but that he would have some delivered by morning along with a bottle of wine. So accommodating and helpful every step of the way! Thank you for a great week, we’ll be back!

Incredible stay for R&R
My husband and I absolutely loved our stay here last weekend! Kelly was so hospitable and the check in process (keyless & contactless) was so easy. Kelly even allowed us access to park our car in the garage. The salt water pool was amazing and the patio w/ the tv was a nice touch. The entire house was beautiful, spotless and very welcoming. This is by far the best VRBO rental we stayed in this far. Next time we visit AZ we’ll definitely stay longer. Don’t hesitate. Book it now. You won’t regret it.
