Come on in and slip your bare feet in the calming sands or take dip in the gentle waves lapping at the shore. Amazing place to stay!

Steps away from the beach!!! The beaches were not busy or crowded, plus a private pool we loved. Very clean comfortable condo that has everything you need! Love that the hosts offered beach gear, and games to play when you needed out of the sun for a little bit. The condo is in walking distance to food and places to shop. The hosts were absolutely amazing responded within minutes and very helpful! My family and I can’t wait to come back and visit again

Perfect GetAway to GET AWAY

This was my 1st stay at a Vrbo on the Gulf coast. When I say 1st impressions mean a lot, this 1st impression MEANT a lot! The condo was as described and more! The extras that were included (Beach gear, beach towels, toiletries,spices, etc.) were a real convenience. Christy is the epitome of super host. During my stay my friend and I were hanging in the garage area and all of a sudden I heard my name! It was Christy and she recongnized her beach tote I was carrying. She came over to us and introduced herself and husband. They are great people and so friendly and accommodating. They bent over backwards to fulfill our needs. I will definitely re-book with her and look forward to a new friendship that will last a good long time! You will not be disappointed.

I cannot say enough good things about our stay. Working with Christy was fantastic, the condo was well stocked for beach activities and cooking and relaxing. The beach was close, the pool was perfect, and walking around town gave us lots of options for food and shopping. Thank you Christy for everything...we can't wait to spend our time in IRB again!

Great location in Indian Rocks!

We had a great time at Christy’s condo in Indian Rocks. She was extremely communicative throughout the booking and check in process. The condo was clean, and we had everything we needed during the stay, including beach chairs and pool towels. My only con is that the pool wasn’t actually heated, but that didn’t stop my toddler from enjoying it, ha! Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect beach and condo

This beach is family friendly and much calmer than the surrounding beaches. The condo is perfect. The kitchen is well stocked with great cooking ware and utensils, the beds were very comfortable. Those were the most two important things to me and I was not disappointed! The hosts were very easy to contact and we didn’t have any issues at all. The neighborhood is great and the condo was perfect!

Absolutely Fantastic!

This condo is beautiful and tastefully decorated. Check in was easy, check out was easy, overall excellent experience. Highly recommend for folks with children - there was plenty of room for all of us (myself, my husband, my 7 and 5 years olds too!) Loved the ease of getting to the beach and the elevator was a HUGE win! We absolutely will be booking again!

Very clean and comfortable! The quick walk to the beach is amazing. It's really the perfect spot. The owner is very responsive to any needs or questions which makes the whole experience that much nicer. I'd go back in a heart beat.

LOVED! Can’t wait to come back!

Communication was amazing from the start and getting in was a breeze! We loved we could walk to so many places feeling involved but so nice to head back to condo and get a break of it all. The pool was empty just about every time we went and the beach wasn’t too crowded the whole week! Although, we did bring our own beach toys, tent and such - they had so many beach accessories to use as well as towels. Loved the washer and dryer was right there! We can’t wait to book another stay here!

January at the Beach

Overall we rate this property excellent. It was very quite here and the condo served us well. We were able to make day trips in the Tampa area to visit sites. The condo management was very responsive. They even made a special trip to resolve our need to receive US mail at the site. The community is unique in that many of the businesses are small family owned. We would definitely return to this condo.

Perfect Vacation

This place is amazing. The condo is beautiful plus there are so many beach towels and supplies, a beach umbrella large enough for two people, sand buckets and shovels, pool noodles, kick boards, 4 or 5 beach chairs and now a pair of goggles and really nice inflatable lounge chair that I left behind because I couldn't get it back in my suitcase plus and a wagon to drag it all to the beach. The beach is gorgeous and, since it is a private beach, it is not very crowded. The path to the beach is just behind the swimming pool and there is a shower you can use to get the sand off of the beach stuff and yourself. If that wasn't enough Christy made a binder that has information on the activities and restaurants in the area. We are definitely coming back for another stay!!!

Great place to stay!

Great place to stay. They have everything you need for the beach, towels, sand toys, beach bag, cooler, chairs, and an umbrella. The walk to the beach was easy. We also enjoyed all of the restaurants within walking distance. We will definitely be back!

IRB was amazing!

This place was FANTASTIC! The location was perfect, just steps from the beach. The condo was as described and had everything needed for a beach vacation. There are tons of restaurants nearby, and its a short drive to Clearwater and other areas. Our daughters had a blast as well. I would highly recommend and cant wait to visit again.

Great condo! Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay in Christy’s condo. It is very clean, nicely decorated, and well equipped with everything you may need! The condo is quiet and there is a view of the walking path and ocean from the balcony. The walk to the beach is short and there is a beach stroller included to make bringing all of your belongings to the beach very easy. The sand is very soft and the ocean was very warm and crystal clear. We never used the pool, but it looked clean and nice. Indian Rocks is a great little town with lots of restaurants and shops that are all within walking distance. We will definitely be back!

A perfect week

The condo was easy to access, parking right by elevator and numeric key pad for entry. The condo was clean and equipped with everything you would need. Plenty of towels, blankets beach supplies and kitchen fully stocked. We loved the short walk to the beach and pool. We love IRB area and this condo was in the perfect spot! Christy was very helpful and had a bottle of wine waiting for us. We will stay here again!! Thank you!
