Sawmill 110- TURNKEY 2 BR, 2 BA CONDO – STEPS FROM DOWNTOWN – SKI-IN – SLEEPS 6!

Amazing location in the heart of Breckenridge!!! Enjoy ski-in access on the 4 o’clock run and the FREE shuttle at the complex entrance or walk to the gondola two blocks away. With a short one-block walk to main street, dining and shopping are at your fingertips. Summer brings easy access to trails for hiking and biking. With the windows open you can enjoy the calming creek just outside the front door.

Condo Features:
The fully stocked kitchen features granite counters and stainless-steel appliances to make après-ski snacks or a full family meal! The dining area has a dining room table that seats six and there’s room for four more at the counter. The living room includes a gas fireplace, large tv, and DVD player. Each bedroom includes a tv for individual relaxation. Games and movies are available for use. Off the living room area is a patio to enjoy the summertime sun or fresh winter air. Enjoy a mountain view from the deck and bedroom.
The Sawmill Creek complex also features two shared hot tubs and a shared gas grills next to a picnic area. The condo also comes with ONE parking spot in the covered parking area.

SLEEPS 6:
- Bedroom 1: two queen beds, flat-screen TV, private attached bathroom with double sinks and walk-in shower. (sleeps 4)
- Bedroom 2: King bed, flatscreen TV, private attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. (sleeps 2)


SPECIAL UNIT NOTES – PLEASE READ:
- Two indoor hot tubs available for use year-round
- NO Pets/Smoking
- A $250 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at the time of booking
- Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
- Parking: ONE parking space in the covered parking area – one space total. A parking pass is required and located in the condo at arrival. Overflow parking can be found in the adjacent Breckenridge public parking lot, Ice Rink lot or on Airport road. Lot information can be found at Breckpark.com. Please return the parking pass to the condo. Failure to do so will lead to a $100 charge.
- Mountain air does not require air conditioning. Fans are included in the condo for use.

Note: Our cleaning company has limited time between guests to complete cleanings and inspections. We can offer early check-ins and later check-outs at additional cost from our crews if the bookings allow for it.

Wonderful Condo, Superb Location
We are a family of four and had a wonderful stay at this property. We truly appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as extra towels, soaps, and toilet paper. The appliances were great, and we never experienced any issues with the Wi-Fi. Skiing right into the staircase below the front door was a fantastic convenience, and catching the bus to the slopes each morning was a breeze. Every evening, we enjoyed taking a stroll to Main Street. Lori was an exceptional host, responding quickly to any questions I had, both before and during our stay. We wholeheartedly recommend this property!

Fantastic 1st Trip to Breck
Family of 5 with 3 kids ages 8-14. Location was fantastic. One street from Main Street. Super easy walk to dinner and shops. We opted for gold express bus each morning which picks you up out front of condominium complex and takes you directly to peak 7,8 and Nordic center. Town app has an estimate on arrival. Very convenient. Ski in off the 4 o clock run was also a great perk. Could enjoy lunch at the place. Lori was an excellent host. Prompt responses to any questions. She even worked with us to get in a little early once her cleaning staff finished. Place was very comfortable. Lots of space and everything you need to be home away from home. Would absolutely rent again without hesitation.

Clean, comfortable and cute condo
We throughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. The renovations were done very nice and it had a very cozy feel. Main Street is right across the street and we loved walking a few blocks to dinner every night. The ski lifts are close too - you can walk to the Gondola or Snowflake lift, but we found it easier to grab a free bus from the bus stop that is right at the condo building. I am a very picky renter about cleanliness and the cleanliness of this condo was great. We loved the tile floor and the bathrooms and kitchens were spotless! Overall super clean condo, walkable to everything and a great size for our family of four!

Great Property
Previously, we stayed at supposedly two upscale properties in Breckenridge. This unit was much, much better. The hosts thought of everything. The towels, bedding, appliances, furniture, televisions, humidifiers and kitchen items were first class. The hosts provided great condiments and even coffee creamer. The entire unit was clean and comfortable. Frankly, this unit was much better than the alleged higher-class units. Further, the location was perfect. Easy access to the mountains and Main Street. Great place!

Great location for skiing and visiting downtown Breck
We loved thee short walk to the gondola in the morning, being able to ski back on thee 4 o'clock run, and being able to walk downtown for dinner so we didn't need to search for parking.

BEST PLACE IN BRECK!!!
I can’t say enough about this place and its owners! It’s SO NICE & MOST CLEAN place we’ve ever stayed! This is our 2nd annual trip here & booked for next year! The free shuttle to the slopes is steps away & you ski in on the Four O’Clock run! Lori is the most prompt, friendly, & accommodating owner I have ever dealt with on VRBO!!! Perfect Location, Easy Ski Access, and Outstanding Stay!
Our condo was spotlessly clean and in an unbeatable location—just one block from Main Street and a quick five-minute walk to everything. It’s right across the street from Christy Sports and near two bus stops, making it incredibly easy to get anywhere in Breckenridge. The gondola is less than five minutes away by bus or on foot, and we loved being able to ski home via the 4 O’Clock Trail—no waiting in lines at the end of the day!The host was extremely responsive and provided clear, detailed instructions for check-in and check-out. It truly is the best of both worlds—convenient to Main Street but with easy access to the slopes. We highly recommend this condo and look forward to staying here again on our next trip to Breckenridge!

Location can’t be beat!
If you are wanting a place convenient for walking into town and never getting back in your car, this is it! It is even very easy to walk to the sawmill reservoir hike, which is one of the prettiest and family friendly hikes in the area!

Checked every box!
We absolutely loved staying here for a long weekend. Loved the location, the ground floor patio and grassy area, walkable to town, the gondola, etc. Beds were comfy, bathrooms spacious, and the kitchen was well stocked. Appreciated all the little extras...nightlights, fans (no air conditioning), spices, coffee pods, liquid hand soap, kleenex, etc. Lori was easy and prompt to communicate with, and we will definitely stay here again in the future. The hot tubs were down, which was a bummer, but that's life. The instructions for the TV in a little moose frame on the mantel were helpful, and we watched some of the Olympics. One remote had dead batteries, so we left a note for the cleaning people. Thanks for checking every box during our stay in Breck! Highly recommend.

Weekend getaway before back to school
We stayed in Breckenridge for the weekend with our teeneagers and it was just what we needed. The condo was cozy and clean. The patio was perfect for morning coffee and nighttime chats. We were able to walk everywhere in town. We had access to the shutlle for hiking too. We would definitely stay here again.

Good Location in Breckenridge
Positives: The location of this condo is wonderful. We could walk to the Breckenridge main street within a few minutes. The unit was on the 1st floor which was easy to get to and the parking was great. The actual unit was in great shape. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The bathrooms are nice and big to move around in and they were very clean!! The whole unit was very clean. We loved being able to walk out onto the patio to hang out in the evenings or when we needed to take a break. It was also very easy to get in and out of the unit by using a code. There were box fans that we were able to put into the windows of the bedrooms which helped cool it off at night. Finally, the grill was a great treat to have as well on the patio. Negatives: We really struggled with the mattresses. They were very uncomfortable! Also, although the living room furniture looks new, it was also very uncomfortable. We felt like we couldn't hang out and relax in the evenings in this area. Also, it would have been nice to have four chairs outside on the patio since the unit sleeps up to six people.
