30A by Kaja is the spectacular, expertly remodeled and thoughtfully designed beach house you have been waiting for. Our home is in the highly sought after area of Eastern Lake in Seagrove Beach. We are South of 30A, and a 5 minute walk to the Eastern Lake Public beach access, no concerns about private beach. The neighborhood is sought after for its calm, quiet, and wooded nature while being minutes from the expansive public beach access at Eastern Lake. 30A by Kaja has access to the neighborhood community pool (unheated) which is about a block away. The location could not be more perfect for sun, sand, and relaxation.

Once you step inside 30A by Kaja you will understand that no detail has been spared. Better than new, our home has been remodeled from top to bottom. The reverse floor plan allows for amazing, sunny, treetop views inside the house and calm breezes on all porches. The open floor plan provides a large living area, full dinning room, and an expansive kitchen. Your family can easily gather together for movie night (Smart TV's throughout) or game night, enjoy amazing meals around the large Farmhouse table, or cook together in the spectacular gourmet kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked, from the gas range, French door refrigerator, microwave drawer, and dishwasher to the drip coffee maker, Keurig machine, blender, toaster, pancake griddle and waffle maker. We have provided it all for you.

30A by Kaja has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. At the front of the house is the sunny Queen bedroom with beautiful night stands, a large organized closet and a wall mounted Smart TV. The bunk room is next door with 4 custom, built-in, twin bunks. The bunk room also has a large organized closet. These 2 bedrooms share a wonderful full bath with a deep tub/shower combination with custom tile and fixtures. The master bedroom with a king sized bed and tufted headboard is at the back of the house. It has a large, on-suite bathroom with double vanities and a huge shower with designer tile and modern fixtures. The master bedroom also has access to a small, private lounging porch. The upper level living space has porches wrapping around 3 sides of the house. Front, side and back, the 3 individual upper porch relaxation areas offer treetop views.

Completing the upstairs living area is a full laundry room and office space off of the kitchen. The full size washer and dryer make quick wash loads a breeze. The desk area provides a wonderful work space if needed during your stay at 30A by Kaja. Double barn doors can separate this space from the kitchen to allow for a private office space.

The lower level of the house is an amazing outdoor entertainment area. Fully finished and screened, the area has a large outdoor sectional, 2 hanging chairs, 70" TV, ping pong table, and a dinning area. Steps away from the outdoor entertainment area is a grill zone with a Weber propane grill.

Headed to the beach, we have provided 6 Tommy Bahama, pack-pack, beach chairs and 2 umbrellas. Upon your return from the beach, at the front of the house you will find a foot washing station, private outdoor shower and a bench and drop-zone for all of your beach gear. There are also 4 beach cruiser bikes for your use, 2 mens and 2 women's. Additionally there is a covered carport for 1 car.

If you are interested in renting a Golf Cart during your stay at 30A by Kaja we have one 6 seat, electric golf cart exclusively for the use of our guests at 30A by Kaja and 30A Blue. For either property it is available on a first come first serve basis. If you are interested in golf cart rental during your stay please inquire as to its availability. The cost is $600 for stays 5 nights or more, and $400 for stays 4 nights or less. The golf cart must be rented for the full duration of your stay.

Pet owners can delight knowing 30A by Kaja is a pet friendly house for non-shedding dogs only. Please note that ALL PET STAYS MUST BE PRE-APPROVED. Please reach out prior to booking so we can discuss terms. Non-shedding dogs under 40lbs are preferred with extremely diligent owners. The pet fee is $250. Exceptions may be made for 2 very small dogs but this is on a case by case basis and will involve a second pet fee. Please be aware that all visiting dogs are prohibited from the beaches in Walton Co. per Walton Co. regulations. This includes all of 30A.

30A by Kaja is the perfect getaway for a family, 2 couples traveling with children or a family traveling with extended family. Our tight knit neighborhood is a mix of residential homes and vacation rentals always looking out for one another. Parties and loud, rowdy behavior are strictly prohibited. Exterior security cameras are present on the property. After booking, a copy of the valid drivers license/ID will be required from the primary renter. The primary renter is required to stay on property for the duration of the rental. 30A by Kaja is sure to become your favorite Seagrove Beach getaway.

Beautiful, well appointed perfect home for beach vacation

My family of four - two children ages 11 and 10 - Plus their two friends (same age) so 6 total people fit perfectly in this home for a week at the beach. Pool access was a block directly down the street and beach access was a 6-7 min walk. Communication with host was phenomenally fast anytime we had a question and the kids loved the ping pong game room below the house. Highly recommend

Smith Family Spring Break 25

We stayed for spring break for the entire week and it was great. The house was beautiful with nothing to want for. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking pots & pans and utensils. The short walk or drive to the parking lot to access the beach is easy inconvenient. The swimming pool was great as well. and I don’t think you could find a quieter place if you’re looking for some serenity and peace. I would highly recommend the property.

Excellent property and manager

Me, my spouse, our friends and our pet enjoyed our stay at 30A by Kaja. The area is not too far from food places and the beach. Monika made checking in and our stay seamless, and she was available whenever we reached out to her. The beach was a little tough to get to from the eastern lake access, as you need to cross over some patches of water and since we were not permitted to use the other beach access (this might just be temporary), but honestly, it was absolutely worth it. We spent every day at the beach and when we needed to unwind, we used the screened-in entertainment area downstairs for watching movies or playing games. This property and the manager are 10 out of 10 for us, and those alone made our trip easier and much more relaxing.

Summer Beach Vacation 2024

We loved our stay at 30A by Kaja! The house is beautiful and as described. We spent everyday at the beach which was fantastic. Wonderful Beach Retreat

We had an amazing time staying at 30A by Kaja! The layout of the house, the porch, the amenities and the furnishings were wonderful. We rented the golf cart which was great for getting to and from the beach ( the new parking area is so convenient) and for going out to dinner. The downstairs sitting/play area was a bonus. Any questions prior to our stay were answered very quickly. Can’t wait to return.

Beautiful home, great location

The house is beautiful and well equipped. No detail was overlooked. Very comfortable. Kitchen had everything you might need. Short bike ride to beach. The downstairs area with TV, ping pong table was a hit with the teenagers. The balcony’s are up in the trees and are a great spot for morning coffee. Close to great restaurants. Great stay

We had a great stay in Monika's house. Our group was four adults and two young kids. There was plenty of room for all of us, including indoor and outdoor play areas for the kids. The primary bathroom is very large (as pictured) and worked great for a place for our pack n play. The house itself is beautifully built and well-stocked with kitchen items. We cooked most of our meals and had everything we needed. The house is very well maintained - it didn't feel like a rental property to us! There was an issue with the ice maker, and the host responded immediately and sent over someone for repairs. The internet was fast and worked great all week. The house is on a very quiet street and the beach is nearby. You're right off of 30A but away from the road noise. There is a coffee shop, restaurants, and shopping all within a 5 minute walk. The beach is lovely. For part of our stay, the Eastern Lake access was too deep, but then the outflow changed and we could make it to the beach through shallow water. We love the 30A area and would definitely stay at Monika's property again. Thank you!

Fabulous Home

Fabulous stylish clean home in perfect location. Close to Watercolor Seaside Rosemary and The Chill. The beach was within walking distance and our family greatly appreciated the chairs and umbrellas provided. We would highly recommend this home again to anyone traveling to 30A.

This is an absolutely lovely home, with all the amenities you need. We were walking minutes to the ocean, and Eastern Lake dock, from a very quaint rustic beach road. We did not use the central pool. As the weather was a little cool. The home is situated minutes from 30A, for a quick access to many restaurants and sight seeing. We rented the golf cart making our adventures easy and fun to get to. Wonderful, updated house and great location

30A by Kaja is a great, well-maintained and updated home in the Eastern Lake neighborhood. The screened-in, covered hang-out space on the ground floor was a great space for our teenagers to have some privacy, but to also be in a non-secluded space. The street is quiet with limited traffic. We walked or rode bikes to the beach every day. My group was 2 adults, 3 teenagers and 1 20-year old. All had ample space to sleep and hang out. The kitchen had all of the essentials and was comfortably laid out. The washer and dryer are very new and worked great for our group to keep towels and beach-ware clean. The bikes and beach chairs were in great shape and we enjoyed the convenience of them. The owners were very responsive and communicative for any question we had. You can book this home with confidence. It is a nice, updated option in this area with convenient beach access.

Great house and amenities

We had a great stay! The main floor had literally everything we needed and an ideal floor plan for a family with teens. My 16-yo loved the TV and hang out space downstairs, and my sister and I thoroughly enjoyed the deck space for coffee, wine and yoga. Bikes were a sweet perk too!

Outstanding house, it is clear that the home and amenities have been thought through intentionally, extremely organized and easy to use as everything is labeled perfectly. The rooms and bedding and bathrooms are spic and span clean, layout maximizes the space well, property managers are very responsive and easy to interact with. Highly recommend!

Clean and quiet stay on 30A

This property is truly worth 5 stars. The listing is thorough and accurate. The house was spotless and well-appointed. Communication with the host was easy and pleasant. The area along 30A is quiet, and we found it to be a great place for our three young children. The only thing I would have fully understood upon booking was the Eastern Lake Access and outflow that you have to wade through to get to the beach. It was deeper than expected, and I’m glad we had extra adults to help us get our kids and beach gear across. That said, it wouldn’t deter me from staying here again; I just would have planned ahead! The outflow was a wonderful place for young children to play. Our family is already planning our next stay at this property!

2020 was a crazy year for everyone, but we will always remember it as the year we had the opportunity to purchase what is now 30A by Kaja. The house was in need of a major renovation in order to bring our vision to life. Fortunately, we had a team that could make that happen, and now in May of 2021, 30A by Kaja is our dream come true. We love 30A and we love the beach. We hope to share our dream with many wonderful families in the years to come.

This opportunity came to us when we weren't even looking. However, we instantly knew this diamond in the rough had amazing potential. On top of that, you absolutely cannot beat the location.

Having a reverse floor plan definitely provided some wonderful opportunities. We now have an unbelievable outdoor entertainment area below the house and amazing, sunny, treetop views from inside the house. Both things we thought unimaginable in a beach house.
