Double sliding patio doors provide wonderful views from inside as well, connecting the living area to the patio. Kitchen is set-up with Stainless appliances and fully equipped with cookware and utensils. Dining table just off the kitchen seats 4 with an additional 2 stools at the bar.

Other Amenities: Wi-Fi throughout. Utility Room includes full size washer/dryer. Complex includes a pool and seating in the pool deck area with sunshades. Great fishing right off the boat docks! The complex also includes an elevator, which is conveniently located near the unit and provides easy access to the parking lot or down to the pool/boat dock area. There is also a 14’x36’ boat slip included. Due to new regulations, there is no longer a gas grill on the patio of this unit. There will be a community gas grill available for use during the 2025 Summer in a common area at the complex.
