Welcome to Brunswick Plantation, a gated golf resort and family vacation destination, voted one of the top 50 golf courses in the U.S. This beautiful second floor, two-bedroom, two-bathroom condominium features an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen/dining area, large family room with a built in fireplace and two sliding doors leading to a private balcony with water views overlooking the amazing Byrd-Johnston designed golf course. The main bedroom offers brand new queen and double size bed, flat screen TV, a private bathroom, closet, and views of the water and golf course. The second bedroom has a brand new queen and double size bed, flat screen TV, kitchenette, and en-suite bathroom. There is also a laundry closet with a stackable washer and dryer. Other area amenities include 4 different beaches close by one being Sunset Beach which was ranked as one of the top ten beaches in NC and a short 9 mile drive away, Brunswick Plantation is located a short distance to downtown Calabash which has long been considered the Seafood Capital of the world, and offers many fine restaurants, shops, entertainment, Brunswick is quick drive to Little River, North Myrtle Beach and Myrtle Beach. Very nice Condo, very quiet building in. We sat on the balcony often, nice sun and excellent view.Condo was well equipped and very clean. We were very happy with our stay. Host were terrific.

Great location and views

This condo is at a great location with great views of the golf course and within minutes of Calabash restaurants, shopping, etc. The unit was very clean and comfortable and the host was very responsive. Highly recommended and look forward to another stay again.

Excellent Stay

We really enjoyed ourselves the condo was very clean and in a great location. It was about 15 minutes from Sunset Beach. We also took a trip to Myrtle Beach and we had a wonderful time. We will definitely go back!

Nice 2 Bedroom Condo

Terrance And Diana were great hosts! The property is as described in listing in very good condition in a good location to several beaches and golf courses. Unfortunately Hurricane Debby came through during our stay so we didn't get to enjoy everything but we were very impressed with the Hosts willingness to work with us to make our vacation as enjoyable as possible. We will definately be back for another trip as we did love the area and will definately be looking to book this property again!

Awesome condo

Everything was perfect. The host was responsive with any inquires and on a timely basis. The beds were very comfortable. Description of property was very accurate. I’ve stayed in this complex before so love the area. One recommendation would be to fix the main bathroom shower door as it was difficult to open and close. Other than that I would rent again for sure!

Beautiful condo and a great location!

We had such a nice time staying at the condo in Brunswick Plantation! It was beautifully decorated and had plenty of room for all of our family. The golf courses are beautiful to look at and my husband enjoyed golfing them. The location is perfectly situated so you aren’t very far from any beach location. Definitely recommend you checking this gorgeous location out!!

Summer Golf Trip 2024

Condo was super clean and nicely furnished. We had extra snacks and beverages upon arrival. This unit has everything you want. This isn't our first-time being guests of Terrance and Diana. Everything is fantastic and they make things very simple/easy. I would certainly stay here again. Thanks again for another successful golf trip! Hope to stay again soon later this year.

Watch amazing sunrises over the lagoon from the balcony of this nicely furnished condo.

We had a very relaxed visit, while bicycling around the Plantation and walking on Sunset Beach. Both sunrises and sunsets were gorgeous. The condo was very neat, clean, and nicely furnished with a well-appointed kitchen and a beautiful view of the lagoon and golf course.

BEST Condo!

My family and I have stayed at NUMEROUS condo's on this property and this one is by far the best!!! Felt like home, not just a "rental condo". The kitchen was very well stocked, and all rooms were decorated very nicely. The beds were VERY comfortable!! Owners spend a lot of time and effort to make this condo a place you want to come and stay! This will be the only condo unit we will stay out of from now on. It's a must see.

Perfect Location!

Very clean & comfortable condo. Convenient location right off 17...close to Ocean Isle and Sunset beaches. Short drive to North Myrtle. Nice Clean Pool. Gated community is a plus. Perfect location for anyone looking for a beach trip without the Myrtle Beach crowds. Would definitley stay here again!
